Abstract
The work is devoted to clarify the physical nature of the threshold energy of shift Ed - one of the most important characteristics of the radiation resistance of materials.Physical object, on which physical and mathematical formalism Ed is constructed, is an unstable pair of «vacancy - interstitial atom», so-called dynamic defect with existence time 10-12...10-11 s.Within the law of energy conservation analytical expression for Ed is received and its structure on the basis of the analysis of the processes accompanying the subthreshold movement beaten out from atom lattice knot is established: electrostatic and elastic interaction with own vacancy of interstitial atom, and also dissipative losses of its energy at the movement in the field of an instability zone. There is a satisfactory agreement between the calculation results with the experimental data.

Abstract
A skeleton building algorithm in case of lack of memory is presented. Built skeleton is topologically equivalent to the original object. Despite the fact that data are processed locally, this algorithm preserves a skeleton global attribute - centeredness. It is parallel and divided into independent stages, each of which can be substituted with alternatives. The method is based on pseudo-distance maps and constructed skeleton can be used to calculate topological as well as morphological characteristics of the object.

Abstract
The results of discovery of the periodic law by D.I. Mendeleev and the current wording of the periodic dependence of the properties of chemical elements are presented. It is noted that in mathematics, one relate to the periodic functions those which values do not change by addition of the definite but not equal to zero number to the argument. Some examples of using the symmetry groups in the science, as well as the methods of representation of atomic and electron states in quantum mechanics based on the regularities defining the structure and properties of matter are given.

Abstract
The efficiency of a cavity microwave resonator using for getting large volume (more than 4000 cm3) low vacuum plasma for group treatment of products in the microelectronics technology has been evaluated. The results showed that the value of electric field breakdown intensity about E0 ≈ 110 V/cm in a resonator system for low vacuum can be already achieved at a microwave power higher than 50 W. As far as the conditions of exciting and maintaining the microwave plasma for technological application are concerned, the conditions of preserving resonating properties at exciting plasma with a volume of 9000 cm3 in resonator and in case of placing a various number of silicon wafers in the microwave discharge have been analyzed. The results of the calculations show that at the presence of plasma the quality factor of the cavity resonator change caused by its partial loading with semiconductor wafers leads to the decrease of resonator’s total quality factor by 2,5 times. In order to excite microwave discharge at total quality factor of loaded resonator Q ≈ 200, the value E0 ≈ 110 V/cm can be provided with using microwave magnetron of medium power level ( Pgen ≈ 650 W).

Abstract
An algorithm for finding wrong symbols in codewords based on using the results of checking for parity on axes and main diagonal of code plane is proposed. This algorithm allows to find the single errors and, under certain conditions, the group errors in the lines and columns of code plane.

Abstract
Singularities of influence of distortions caused by object rotation, change of its sizes and nonlinearity of transceiver paths of the antenna array on results of handling of the discrete is frequency-keyed signals in broad-band radar-tracking systems of spatio-temporal handling are considered. Variants of compensating of the given types of distortions in the linear antenna arrays are offered.

Abstract
The study results of the surface morphology of molybdenum thin films phase composition and iron oxides formed on substrates from anodic alumina are presented. The formation of MoO3 polycrystalline film with orthorhombic crystal lattice and a grain size of 100 to 500 nm was carried out by thermal oxidation of the metal film in the temperature range 400-450 °C. The oxidation of iron films at temperatures of 550 to 750 °C formed the polycrystalline films of phase α-Fe2O3 (hematite) with a rhombohedral crystal lattice.

Abstract
Influence of fractional pressure of monosilane and argon intermixture and substrate temperature on optical performances of thin-film coatings from the silicon dioxide, received by direct deposition from ion beams on substrates from a glass and silicon with use of the end Hall accelerator as a ion source is investigated. It is positioned, that the magnification of fractional pressure of monosilane and argon intermixture of results in to growth of deposition rate and a refractivity and decrease in an optical transmission of coatings. Rise in substrate temperature promoted improvement of optical performances of silicon dioxide layers that explains magnification of adatoms mobility and chemical interaction boost between silicon and oxygen.
