Abstract
Based on frequency and polarization structure analysis of electromagnetic field and variants of RFID convertors design the structure scheme of two bands reader with polarization processing is proposed. Advantages of technical model with opportunity of identification of many classes RFID tags are shown.

Abstract
Grounds for the research presented and the technique for the recording of kinetic (polarization) dependencies of the initial (from -2 V) stage of the origin and growth of dense anodic alumina are discussed. An influence of the starting aluminum surface on the kinetics of the initial stage was determined. The detailed analysis of various kinetic stages was made. Measurement results of the speci-fic capacity and its variation during the oxide film growth are submitted.

Abstract
The equations defining the relationship of terrestrial electromagnetic filling created by mobile user's stations of cellular communications, with the total intensity of an electromagnetic background created by these stations at a terrestrial surface, and also with probability of excess of the maximum permissible level by cumulative intensity of electromagnetic fields generated by user's and base stations of cellular communications are given. The equations for an estimation of maximum permissible level of terrestrial electromagnetic filling created by user's stations at which the probability of excess of the given maximum permissible level of field intensity in a considered observation point by cumulative intensity of electromagnetic fields generated by user's and base stations of cellular communications in presence of an external electromagnetic background, is admissible, are resulted.

Abstract
Considered the system digital phase-locked loop with a frequency synthesizer (the reference signal generator), implemented by analog circuits phase-locked. In forming a reference signal in the frequency synthesizer is used vernier method, which reduces the discrete phase adjustment without increasing the frequency of the master oscillator and voltage controlled oscillator and substantially extend the frequency range of the system. The results of the analysis of quasicontinuous model of the main indicators of quality and results of mathematical modeling. Defined requirements for the parameters of system in order to ensure the specified quality.

Abstract
Heat-segregation calculations inside porous alumina barrier layer have been performed. It is shown that Joule heat on pore bottom surface is four orders of magnitude greater than in other porous oxide areas. This effect leads to local heating of this areas and microplasma formations during anodizing process. The recommendations about the heat dissipation efficiency increasing in order to improve the uniformity of the structures have been advised.

Abstract
The analysis of convolutional neural model is done. The software is developed, allowing to train and test convolutional neural networks of base architecture LeNet-5. Efficiency of technique multi training and distortions of training images is shown. The qualifier of images of the isolated figures is constructed. The estimation of stability of its characteristics on examples of known hand-written and font databases is done.

The technique estimates the probability characteristics of the reliability of multicomponent complex systems with two inputs and two outputs, by the probabilistic characteristics of the reliability of their components. Abstract
The application of the method of integral equations for finding the characteristics and parameters of microstrip antenna arrays is described. When modeling an array of microstrip dipoles each radiator is replaced a wire. The dielectric substrate is taking into account by an introduction of the effective permittivity to the integral equation. From the obtained current distribution it is determined the microstrip dipoles input impedance, taking into account the interaction with the neighboring elements, and calculated radiation pattern of the array and its directivity. The simulation results are compared with the results described in the literature and calculated in the current electrodynamic simulation packages CST MWS, AWR MWO and FEKO.

Abstract
The implementation of a generalized photovoltaic model using Matlab/Simulink software package, which can be representative of cell, module, and array for easy use on simulation platform is presented. Taking the effect of sunlight irradiance and cell temperature into consideration, the output current and power characteristics of model are simulated. The experimental results, provided by the author validate the accuracy of the computational simulation results.

The complex bench hydraulic tests signal sprinkler, deluge valve are conducted. The technique of carrying out of tests is described. Abstract
The structural scheme, band diagram, working principle and electrical properties of semiconductor image converter made with a p-n Si-ZnSe matrix structure are reviewed. It’s shown that the p-n Si-ZnSe photodiode array can be used as a sensing device and optical radiation introscopes.
