Abstract
The results of numerical modeling of linear array of loop antennas with perimeter length equal to two wavelengths on a central frequency are given. Frames are bent in the electric plane to produce electrical quasi-isotropic directivity pattern in this plane and are serial interconnected.

Abstract
The results of the study of a lumbar spine three-dimensional geometric model basic parameters were adduced. Modeling process was based on a spine computer tomography images received by the Gomel regional clinical hospital. The automated system was worked out. It allows to measure the geometric model basic parameters on a base of images of cross-sections of the vertebrae in the DICOM format.

Abstract
The classical methods of evaluating the energy spectra of discretized deterministic and stochastic processes are generally based on the use of procedures that use the fast Fourier transformation (FFT). The classical approach to spectral analysis is effective in respect of computational and provides asymptotically reliable estimates for very extensive classing signals, satisfying the hypothesis of stationary, ergodicity and limits the large sample volume. Limitations of classical spectral estimates especially apparent when analyzing short data records. However, just such a situation is typical for most practical applications, because many processes have measurable short duration or rapidly changing spectra in time.

Abstract
The worst-case model of a radiation field created by a wire segment placed above ground plane intended for the analysis of spurious couplings in complexes of radio and electronic equipment has been developed. The model is based on considering current waves in the segment. The solution for each current wave is interpreted as interference of the electric and magnetic fields radiated by four equivalent point sources, and the envelope of the amplitude-frequency characteristic passing through interference maxima is found. The correctness of the model is checked in a wide range of problem parameters values (the length of the wire ranges from 0.1 m to 10 m, the height of the wire above the ground plane ranges from 0.1 mm to 1 m, and the observation point position is up to 10 m away from the center of the wire) by comparison with results retrieved by computational electromagnetics methods.

Automatic pitch control system of unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAVs) with different aerodynamic configuration and airframe construction is reflected here. Robust autopilot scheme is proposed for such control system. While adjusting the parameters of UAV’s control channel, robust autopilot scheme allows presetting autopilot the way the dynamic and transient errors of control system stay invariant under UAV changing. Computer modeling of robust autopilot confirms theory of the robust systems.

Abstract
The method of measuring bearing (azimuth) of a moving surface (underwater) object in the passive sonar is described. This method is considered to be a modification of signals phase comparing method. It is based on the measurement of the delay time between signals received at different signal reception point. A distinctive feature of this method is the use for signal processing method of coherent accumulation of the spectral components of the received signal, developed by the authors. This method provides increase signal/noise ratio in the reception channels, therefore decrease errors of measuring bearing in the passive sonar.

Abstract
The frequency dependences of attenuation and reflection coefficient for solid solutions of the (FeIn2S4)1-х ×(CuIn5S8)х system upon interaction with microwave radiation are obtained. It is established that the addition of carbon black to the powder composition based on the CuIn5S8 and FeIn2S4 crystals and solid solutions (FeIn2S4)1-х ×(CuIn5S8)х leads to an increase in the attenuation of electromagnetic radiation by approximately two times in the range 8...12 GHz.

Abstract
The results of the bipolar static induction transistor (BSIT) making process flow improvement and its device-process simulation are presented. The process flow improvement have allowed to reduce number of metal intermediate subject copies (MISC) applied at projection photolithography by one and to receive experimental samples of transistor with required electrical characteristic. The BSIT device simulation was performed with using the developed by authors model of transistor and the software package MOD-1D.

The theoretical distributions of probability of exceeding the test statistics values for test for the longest run of ones in a block corresponded to random 128-bit and 256-bit sequences were found. The results of two-level testing of random sequences produced by electronic plastic card random number generators were presented.

Abstract
The estimation of noise immunity of subscriber receivers of satellite navigators (APGSN) under conditions of interference of a coherent, noise-like and FM modulated signal is given. The level of noise immunity in conditions of free space, as well as the real propagation medium between the source of interference and APGSN is estimated. The main studies were carried out by modeling the electromagnetic environment, taking into account the actual position of the subscriber receivers and the source of interference (IP) in the terrain. The analysis of the disturbance zones size was carried out depending on the power of the IP and the propagation medium. The characteristics of interference sources, the geometry of the disturbance zones of APGSN operation at various altitude ratios of APGSN and IP, as well as the location of APGSN relatively to screens of several types are given.

Abstract
A new design of the backward wave oscillator (BWO) terahertz range with two wide tape electronic beam is proposed. As the electrodynamic structure BWO proposed to use spiral folded waveguide on fundamental mode H10. In contrast to existing designs BWO on the wavy folded waveguide [1] proposed BWO has two advantages: 1) tape electron beam may have a width ( - wavelength in the waveguide), whereas in the BWO on wavy folded waveguide because opposite direction of wave propagation in the waveguide adjacent sections. This opens the opportunity to significantly increase the current electron optics and thus significantly improve the output characteristics of the BWO; 2) when the electron beams excite only the backward wave, the forward wave is absent, in contrast to the BWO on wavy folded waveguides, where the narrow electron beam is equally exciting backward and forward waves.
