Abstract
On the basis of the developed mathematical model of orboklystron-amplifiers with sheet beams calculations of frequency and peak characteristics of regenerative amplifiers on frequencies of 180-600 GHz are carried out. The calculation electronic efficiency of orboklystron-amplifiers with sheet beams on frequencies 180-600 GHz can reach values of 1-5 %, gain is 23-26 dB, electronic power is 2,0-2,9 W.

Abstract
The systematization of the method of simulation effects applied to individual forecasting gradual failures of electronic equipment is carried out. The method used to develop a method for predicting gradual failures of bipolar transistors. It allows the reaction of the functional parameter specific instance (transistor) on the impact of simulation at the initial time to predict the value for a given future developments and decide on the reliability of this instance of the phase-out of use for this.

Abstract
The electrical capacitance and corresponding moisture content of cotton sample used as a sweat absorption container were investigated. Dependencies of interdigital sensor electrical capacitance from relative moisture content of fabric sample under investigation placed upon the sensor were plotted as the result of simulation in COMSOL Multiphysics software suite and experiments. The resulting dependence of the study allows the implementation of the human skin moisture content sensor for hyperhidrosis diagnostics.

Abstract
Video surveillance applications have to support objects authentic in case of multiple objects tracking. During tracking process errors, caused by different circumstances, such as objects intersections among themselves, intersections with objects on the foreground, objects shape changes are possible. This article describes multiple objects tracking algorithm, based on system of object characteristics. The probabilistic model is based on the Kalman filter. The system is fully automated and does not require any manual input during initialization or execution.

Abstract
A weighted iterative majority-logic decoding algorithm of cyclic codes with soft (quantized) detections of Phase-Modulating (PM) signals is analyzed. Evaluation of the correction capability of the algorithm on cyclic codes with quantization of PM signals of 8 levels, using a majority-logic algorithm with two decoding steps in a system of divided equations, was realized. It was shown that the obtained effectiveness evaluation of the soft decoding algorithm can be extended to cyclic codes based on majority-logic with systems of associates equations, and to compound cyclic codes.

Abstract
An algorithm of adaptive lifting wavelet transform computation based on adaptive prediction of the detail wavelet coefficients, with using subbands halftone image obtained from the original grayscale is proposed. The results of an algorithm modeling show that it provides near lossless compression due to processing of insignificant coefficients defined by quantization error diffusion procedure.

The avalance effect has been investigated in an encryption algorithm being developed on the basis of the discrete chaotic maps. Abstract
The article describes the calibration method of the photometric system for a particular purpose of estimation position of the conductor connecting the semiconductor chip and the substrate. A nonlinear model of the camera lens distortion, which allows estimating the position of the conductor in a three-dimensional space with the required accuracy is described. The novelty of the described technique is to provide the required accuracy of conductor parameters measurement with a high processing speed.

Abstract
The use of genetic and gradient algorithms for learning classifiers based on Z-model was considered. Combined method of consistent applying this algorithms was offered. The resulting method allows to calculate all model parameters including integer ones and provides acceptable model training quality.
