Abstract
To implement adaptive kinezitherapy as a new direction of reconstructive therapy of motor and coordination disorders was developed a robotic kinezisimulator. The principle of operation of the device is based on a patented «double layer exoskeleton» technology. Kinezisimulator includes a controlled movable inner frame. This element is kinematically connected to an external hard stationary frame. The frame is designed as a frame construction bulk. The shape and dimensions of the frame defined by the space necessary to change the position of the inner parts of orthopedic units.

Abstract
In the course of the study it was formed a scientifically based concept of an objective assessment of human spatial orientation during performing of complex locomotion. This approach is to perform remote monitoring of cyclic locomotion of step motion «walking on the spot» in terms of the surrounding space. During the test is carried out the spectral evaluation of the acceleration values of the lower extremities in the band from 1 to 10 Hz. It was found that the frequency spectrum reflects the processes of qualitative implementation of spatial orientation. This indicator can be used to objectively assess bio-kinematic stabilize the body in space. The developed technology is innovative and can be used as a rapid method for diagnostic motor and coordinative disorders of various origins.

A number of thermometer, anthropometric and psychological characteristics of adult women of Slavic ethnicity is investigated. It is shown that mesendomorphiс index is positively correlated with body weight, massiveness of the skeleton of the lower extremities. There is a positive correlation between the mesendomorphiс index on one side and a score on a scale of cyclothymic and exalted accentuation on the other. At the same time on a scale giperthimic, unbalanced and emotive accentuation correlated with the mesendomorphiс index negative. The mezendomorfic index is positively correlated with the temperature of the skin surface of the pads of the fingers and earlobes, which indicates a higher level of microcirculation in these parts of the body in people whose somatic closer to endomorphically.

To reduce the reactivity of a glow pulse discharge, the device for stepwise matching of the communication channel of the power stage of electric pulses generator for exciting plasma and the plasma discharge as a dynamic load was developed and tested. The peculiarity of this device is the usage of a wide range software-controlled inductive element. The using of mixed analog and digital units circuitry provides stable regulation of inductance from 600 μH to 20 mH. Experimental testing of the device with the E-type and hollow cathode discharge systems at frequencies from 20 kHz to 60 kHz showed a decrease of the phase shift between the current and the discharge voltage pulses and the reduction of the spurious emissions on power pulses trajectories. It makes possible to increase the energy efficiency of plasma process and reliability of the operation of pulse generator with plasma as a load during plasma assisted process of sterilizing medical tools.

Abstract
Today, using of nanostructured materials in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) is very perspective. One of such materials is anodic aluminum oxide that has electrical and mechanical properties not worse than other materials that are currently used in manufacturing of MEMS devices. This article presents the results of research in methodology and measurement of Young's modulus of free aluminum oxide films.

Abstract
Comparative analysis of the X-ray examination methods revealed the higher informational content of the cone-beam computed tomography up to 5,51±0,61% than the orthopantomography in the diagnosis of endoperiodontitis in patients aged 35-44 years with periodontal diseases. It has been proved that the cone-beam computed tomography gave the possibility to visualize the main pathways interconnecting the endodontium and periodontium, which has been an important step in the endoperiodontitis diagnosis.
