Abstract
The worst-case model of high-frequency electromagnetic wave diffraction by circular or rectangular apertures in a conducting screen is proposed. The model is based on the worst-case generalization of analytical solutions of diffraction problem. These solutions were obtained in the frame of approach based on the theory of Hertzian vector. In order to develop the worst-case model, the envelope of the field maxima is found. The results obtained by the model correspond to the results of numerical simulation. Proposed model can be used for calculations of EMC due to high computational efficiency and worst-case character.

Abstract
Polycrystalline ingots bridgman grown and by chemical method reactions of gas-transport connections Cu2ZnSnS4 single crystals of different forms: needle-like, plate and prismatic are received. The composition, structure of the grown single crystals was determined and unit cell parameters were calculated. The melt temperature was determined using DTA method. Transmission spectra in the region of intrinsic absorption edge were studied in temperature interval 20-300 K. The band gap width of Cu2ZnSnS4 single crystals was determined, its temperature dependency has been built and the calculation of the indicated dependency has been carried out. It was shown, that the experimental and calculated values are in good correlations.

A version of software for the simulation of physical processes in the protection of the speech information in the Java language in the software package Eclipse is shown. The simulated system consists of a set of classes and patterns generalizing common approaches to solving problems of acoustic beam method. The model demonstrates the process of propagation of sound waves in a room with a view of multiple reflections from obstacles.

Abstract
A method to predict the reliability of software is introduced in this paper. The method is based on the calculation of correlation between reliability measures and software errors. The dependency between errors and reliability is defined by calculating Pearson correlation ratio, which is used further to build the identity matrix to match error groups and reliability measures. Input for this calculation is well defined and explained including the direction of the correlation and confidence level. This paper also proposes the way to integrate the introduced method into agile software development process.

Abstract
A combined approach of object detection in image and eye fixation probability map calculation is proposed. This approach can be used in applied tasks of autonomous object detection. Experimental results show viability and efficiency of this approach as compared with state-of-art algorithms, and predict its usability on the broader class of tasks - applied variations of eye fixation problem.

Abstract
It's possible to use artificial neuronal networks for secret key derivation. Transneuronal statistical weights of synchronized artificial neuronal networks will be used as a secret key. Proposed algorithm allows to decrease synchronization time meaningfully. Proposed correction rule helps to solve the problem of statistical weights binding while synchronizing artificial neuronal networks.

Abstract
The analysis of singularities of influence angular and Dopler distortions on results of handling of the discrete is frequency-keyed signals in broad-band systems of spatio-temporal handling is carried out. Variants of compensating of the given types of distortions in the linear antenna arrays are considered. As impulses of the frequency-manipulated signal the linear frequency-modulated signals are used.

Abstract
Monocrystalline ZnO plane have been implanted by high dose (1,5·1017 cm-2) ions of manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel with energy of 40 keV at ion current density of 4 mA/cm2 in order to modified magnetic properties. Magnetic hysteresis loops at T = 5 K, temperature dependence of magnetization at sample cooling without and in magnetic field 2 mT in the temperature range 5-300 K were investigated. The main magnetic characteristics such as coercive force, magnetization saturation and residual magnetization have been estimated. It has been also shown, that implantation of cobalt and nickel ions leads to ensemble of Langeven magnetic nanoparticles formation in zinc oxide.

Obtained by assessing the quality of telecommunication channels in a first approximation, provide a new estimate the growth of the telecommunication network in a mixed load by matching between a power network in the segment circuit and power network segment packet-switched in units (Kbit/sec) × km. This comparison allows operators to better navigate in what segment of the network, you must first invest capital investments for its development. And how does this compare with the development of the tariff plans that display the quality of competing services.

The multilayer construction for resonance absorber content influence on electromagnetic radiation shielding characteristics in frequency range 1.0…17 GHz is researched. It’s shown that woven fabric impregnation by liquid polar dielectric results to change of wave resistance harmonization of the material and free space, reflection coefficient reduction to -18…-4 dB and characteristic shift in low frequency area (2.7…6.45 GHz).

The regularity of radiating element excitation amplitude distribution influence upon radiation pattern of multi-module antenna array is analyzed. The conditions are investigated, when the essential particularities in such an influence in contrast with the single-module antenna array are present. These conditions lead to sidelobe level growth.

Wide application of air objects detection and tracking is found by optiko-electronic complexes nowadays. The information from such modules represents directions on the accompanied object. The processing of such kind information in the automized control system of air space is the least developed problem in an aspect of such kinds information novelty sources. The solution approach of the directions identification problem received from the optiko-electronic sources, based on the fuzzy sets application is offered.

Abstract
This paper studies the optical characteristics of aluminum nitride thin films deposited by reactive magnetron and ion-beam sputtering. The dependences of the refractive index and absorption coefficient of the films on the percentage of nitrogen in the working gas mixture have been obtained. It was found that reactive magnetron sputtering allows the formation of AlN layers with a lower absorption coefficient than by reactive ion beam sputtering and with a refractive index close to the value appropriate of the bulk material.
