Abstract
Modeling processes in gyrotron showed that it is possible to create millimeter gyrotron operating at the second harmonic of the cyclotron frequency with an efficiency of over 27 %. Ohmic losses increasing process in the resonator walls advancing into the submillimeter wavelength range were analyzed. To advance millimeter and submillimeter wavelength range should use higher wave types to reduce energy losses in the waveguide walls or use superconducting resonators, for example, niobium.

Abstract
The strontium titanate thin films were fabricated on silicon using the sol-gel method. The strontium titanate phase was registered with X-ray diffraction analysis after heat treatment in the temperature range 750-1000 °C. The films were deposited by spin-on technique and the film thickness was in the range of 90-250 nm depending on numbers of layer. The perspectives of developments of the sol-gel method for the formation of elements of electronic device as well as varistors and capacitors on the basis of SrTiO3 xerogels are discussed.

Using nonstationary regimes electrolysis for electrodepositing silver solder bump semiconductor blocked has reduced lateral expansion of different height on the plate, to improve the qualitative characteristics of the product, increase the number of devices produced on a semiconductor wafer, and thereby improve process performance and achieve economies of precious metals.

Abstract
The analysis of the robust properties of the generalized sechk-distribution is made. The possibility of producing natural-reduced maximum likelihood estimates of the offset parameter of the distribution is shown. Time-dependent density of the process described by the SDE with random structure centered at the transitions from one state to another is obtained. Examples of application of the generalized sechk distribution in statistical and technical problems are given.

Abstract
The description of the design and characteristics of the low weight and size combined air bubble panel for information protection from a leakage via acoustic, electromagnetic and optical technical channels are considered. Values of speech intelligibility of speech signal passed through the developed construction and electromagnetic radiation shielding properties of the panel are discussed.

Abstract
A method of correcting erasures based on the identification of the multiplicity of errors in two channels (forward and reverse) decoding in two-dimensional coding is proposed. Found that the proposed method makes full use of two-dimensional coding correction capability, by the use of identification errors in the forward and reverse channels, establishing a channel with a smaller number of errors and their correction by two-dimensional code.

Abstract
The critical temperatures and wave functions of superconducting critical states in the superconductor/ferromagnet structures have investigated on the base of Usadel equation formalism for full configuration sets of spin quantization axes parallel or opposite to the fixed direction. The overturn effect of quantization axes on the critical state amplitude and phase characteristics has established.

Abstract
Article covers the methods of vibration signals long implementations analysis as well as complex analysis of large amounts of signal data. Several architectural pattern applications of signal and analytical data warehouses for decision support system that evaluates the vibration characteristics of the objects are proposed. The ways of extending and embedding third-party functionality in MS SQL Server engine are recommended.

Abstract
Сlosed loop continuous and discrete automatic control systems of unmanned aircraft which contain the autopilot, the glider, sensors and Kalman filters in a straight chain are considered. Discrete model of the system and present in graphs simulation results is proposed.

Abstract
It is proposed to study the clinical electroencephalograms, recorded for healthy volunteers and subjected to the effect of noise oscillator radiation, influenced by protection screens based on radiation absorbing materials, with the use of nonlinear dynamics methods. The clinical electroencephalograms were processed and analyzed using the specially developed information-measuring system. The performed analysis of electroencephalograms shows that the structural changes in signals are different for radiation of operated noise oscillator also with the use of protection screens between the noise oscillator and wide-band antenna. The employment of nonlinear methods considering bioelectric signals of the brain as deterministic chaos enables one to realize the construction of phase portraits and to introduce such informative parameters as the correlation dimension and Kolmogorov entropy, making it possible to determined the influence of screens protecting against the electromagnetic radiation.

Secondary parameters of a phantom circuit using a technique of the mathematical analysis of physical circuits are determined. The frequency dependences of the module of wave resistance and attenuation coefficient of a phantom circuit are received.

Abstract
Vehicle classification is one of the ways for improving performance of traffic monitoring systems. The classification may be achieved by analysis of radar images of car’s body and wheels. The results of capability studying of radar image formation of the car’s wheels using method for coherent compensation of signal reflected from car’s body are presented in the article. The results are achieved using mathematical simulation.

Abstract
An expression and the analysis of the external quantum efficiency (EQE) for for inverted flat heterojunction based on copper phthalocyanine and fullerene. The analysis of the external quantum efficiency of photovoltaic cells has shown that the averaging EQE over the spectrum of solar radiation for the inverted cell interference redistribution has little effect on the EQE and optimization of cells to the thickness of its layers does not lead to a significant increase in quantum efficiency.

Abstract
The method for mapping relational DB to the RDF model for efficiently automation processing large volume of data and knowledge in Internet on semantic of RDF language is represented. The idea of this method in the integration: the adaptation model of relational data mapping to the RDF model, logical inference procedures; algorithms of queries translating on accesses to RDF into SQL queries and processing updates of relational data based on RDF queries. Algorithm of queries translation for the ciphering support is modifying with unity operations for queries coding with inhomogeneous mapping on relational model. This method can be used for data and knowledge automation exchange (with coding support), high efficiently of Internet relevant information search and information defense.

Abstract
Dependences of resistivity and thermal e.m.f. of the Cu(In,Zn)Se2 films on the phase composition and temperature were studied. The temperature dependence of the resistivity in the temperature range of T = 8…420 K were measured. The dependence of films resistivity and their thermal e.m.f. coefficient on the concentration of Zn atoms and the correlation between films thermal e.m.f. coefficient and their resistivity were investigated.

Abstract
The paper deals with improving the performance of the RF path and the digital path of microwave multi-function measuring devices into range up to 8 GHz. Development of the two-loop PLL system was performed using a VCO and DDS and allowed us to realize the required parameters of measuring devices. Additionally, the development and research of IQ imbalance correction method of quadrature components of the signal in a digital IF path was carried out, which enabled to reduce the signal distortions and incorporate the requirements for multi-function measuring devices

Abstract
The original design of a sensor control of ionizing radiations is resulted on the basis of dielectric substrates with periodic system of micro apertures. Substrates are executed from nanoporous anodic alumina. Micro apertures are generated by a photolithography with the subsequent etching oxide and filled with the help sol-gel of a method sensitive to ionizing radiation by layers from CdS.
