Abstract
The analysis of the frequency dependencies the reflection coefficient of the modules of electromagnetic wave with orthogonal polarizations in a circular basis of electrodynamics parameters of anisotropic environment from plasma like type filler are given. The laws of frequency characteristics transformation of the waves with circular polarization at fixed electrodynamics parameters of stream of particles that penetrate a magnet the dielectric filler. The results obtained can be used as reference information about the reaction environment of the radio search and identification system of anisotropic not uniformity against the isotropic spreading environment.

Abstract
Results of the investigation of IGBT manufacturing technology parameters influence on its dynamic features are presented. The important role of impurities concentration in various parts of IGBT structure (concentration level in the emitter of the bipolar transistor as apart of the IGBT structure, implantation dose in the MOS channel, the energy of ions implanted in the base of the bipolar transistor) was shown. These effects are discussed with the standpoint of dynamic characteristics of charge carriers. It was discovered that the level of impurity concentration in the emitter does not affect on the device dynamic features and reveals only small influence from the level of impurity concentration in the base. More effect is determined by the dose and energy of implanted ions under the doping of the MOS channel: the two-time dose increasing leads 20 % decreasing of switch on and switch off times of IGBT and the 20 % increasing of the ion energy leads to 25 % increasing of output impulse duration.

Abstract
Algorithm for automatic dividing of web page into 2 parts: service-navigational and contend parts is described. The method is based on the mining of repeatable elements in html-pages from same website. Main theory is that the quality of information search can be improved by tagging / deleting navigational elements of html pages. Developed method successfully mine service and content parts from html-pages. On the other hand, deleting of service part does not guarantee perfect improvement of web information search quality.

Abstract
Measuring tools used for the forming of programming motions in the assembly and opto-mechanical equipment of microelectronics were analyzed. The structure of the trajectory control system based on approach of hardware-in-the-loop modeling and real-time verification was proposed. The results of using the proposed trajectory control system in coordinate systems of precision equipment were shown.

Comparative analysis of basic methods of stochastic signal modulation is presented. Advantages and disadvantages of these methods are indicated. Abstract
Classification of ground vehicles is still actual task in radar systems due to its complexity. ISAR imaging of wheels and tracks of vehicles is effective way for vehicle classification. Signals reflected from vehicle body adversely affect the imaging procedure. Method for adaptive coherent compensation of signal reflected from car body is considered. The method is based on ISAR imaging of vehicle body, transformation of achieved image to temporal signal and its subtraction of received signal.

The model of panoramic video surveillance system with the operator is offered. The pilot research of parameters of panoramic video surveillance system, providing comfortable working conditions of the operator is conducted. Abstract
The algorithm based on the principal components of the images as informative features extracting and convolutional neural network as a classifier is proposed. Experiments have shown partial invariance to the rotation, scaling and deformation, achieved through a hierarchical extraction of informative features. The resulting percentage of correct recognition rate of persons is up to 99%.

Abstract
Using the method of directional solidification (the vertical Bridgman method) single crystals CuIn13S20 were grown. The composition and structure of the obtained crystals were defined. On the basis of the grown crystals the photo electrochemical cells were created and spectral dependence of the quantum efficiency of photoconversion of cell electrolyte/CuIn13S20 was measured. The possibility of application of single crystals CuIn13S20 in broadband photoconversions of natural radiation, as well as in the development of solar cells was indicated.
