Abstract
An influence of the observation angle on quality of the decisions about class object in solving the problem for radar recognition is considered. The program «Back Skattering Simulation» helped to receive radar range profile and radar spectral profile. The conditional probabilities of decisions were used as quality indicators of radar recognition.

Abstract
With the help of accelerated tests we have obtained experimental data about the degradation of the functional parameters of three types of high-power transistors as the representatives of electronic products. Histograms of parameters’ distribution were constructed on the experimental data. It was found that the normal distribution law is deformed during the operation time and it poorly describe the parameters degradation for samples of products. The results of the degradation of the functional parameters are used for solving problems of group and individual forecasting of reliability of transistors taking into account the gradual failures.

Abstract
The results of the simulation of electron transfer processes in the three-dimensional structure of 4H-SiC silicon carbide are presented using the Monte Carlo method. The dependence of the average drift velocity, average energy and electron mobility of electrons and the diffusion coefficient from the electric field are obtained.

Abstract
The results of synthesis and analysis of the film structures fabricated from suspensions based on titanium dioxide sol and terbium-doped yttrium aluminum composite powder are presented. The film structures comprising titania with terbium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet grains were fabricated by sol-gel method on the textured aluminum foil. The synthesized samples reveal strong room temperature terbium photoluminescence with the most intensive band at 543 nm.

Abstract
The research results of influence fiber materials drenching carbonaceous solution on attenuation electromagnetic radiation properties are presented. Micrographs of surfaces and cross sections of the samples, which show the distribution of carbon particles in the material, are shown. Frequency characteristics of reflection and transmission coefficients of such carbonaceous materials are analyzed.

Abstract
General questions of the effect of screens on the parameters of antennas of subscriber navigators are considered. The effect on their parameters of impedance screens, as well as resonance type screens, is considered. The obtained results are used as initial data for the analysis of the parameters of the systems formed by screens and weakly directional user navigation receivers. The characteristics of receiving antennas of strip and vibrator structures with screens of absorbing and impedance type, as well as their modifications in the form of compact in the folded state of structures, are studied. The possibilities of using conformal screen designs are discussed. An attempt to evaluate their optimality is done.

Abstract
The theoretical and experimental justification for creating a multilayer EMR shield based on moisture-containing materials is presented, the reflection coefficient of the electromagnetic wave for which is reduced from -1.5 to -6 dB in the range 8…12 GHz is given. The obtained result is achieved due to a stepwise change in the electromagnetic characteristics by increasing the concentration of the filler.
