Abstract
Constructions of devices of protection of the person from electromagnetic radiations on the basis of cappilary-porous or powdery materials are developed. Possibility of their use for decrease in electromagnetic radiations of the equipment of cellular communication and personal computers is shown.

Abstract
Algorithm and functional diagrams of formatting and processing devices with PSK modula- tion and pseudorandom frequency hopping are considered. The mathematical modeling results of quadrature demodulator with pseudorandom buffer elements switching are resulted.

Abstract
The examples of electromagnetic absorbers produced from powdered natural materials, water, Ni-Zn ferrite and calcium chloride are given. The effect of the ratio of components in the absorbers on the resulting electromagnetic attenuation and reflection characteristics are studied through the analysis of experimentally obtained frequency dependence of the transmission and reflection in the frequency range of 8 ... 12 GHz. The authors give the recommendations on the formation of electromagnetic absorbers for various applications including the creation of the shielded room to handle the protected information and testing of electronic equipment.

Abstract
Mathematical equations for resonant frequency and impedance of ultrasonic transducer for wire bonding were proposed. Clamping optimization of bonding tool was determined due to modelling of resonant frequency and impedance for standard and high frequency ultrasonic vibrations in ultrasonic system. It was shown that proposed technique gives good fit to the experimental data.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the analysis of person motion pattern stability. The estimation of person motion pattern variability on the basis of electrophysiological and biomechanical parameters of movement has been offered. Such approach allows defining stability of the motion action result without dependence from the movement force, but in consideration of level of the muscles participation and level of the movement phases importance. Investigation of the person motion pattern variability for the test movement has been executed.

Abstract
The influence of different types of random errors on radiation pattern and directivity of multifaceted antenna array is considered. The behavior of such parameters as average maximum directivity, average maximum side lobe level and main lobe fluctuation value in the presence of random errors is investigated. Multifaceted antenna arrays with different radius are compared each other and with planar array.

Optimal regimes are identified and limits frequency of giroton-multiplier, in which the same signal level is from twofold to fourfold frequency multiplication with electronic efficiency more than 79%, are found. The optimal parameters and analysis of output characteristics of two cascade girotons are described.

Abstract
Results of researches of silt of the cupola gases clearing with the various fractions size influence on electromagnetic radiations easing on band 0,8 … 16 GHz are resulted. The expediency of using these materials for manufacturing of the broadband composite screens possessing, having small values reflexion and transfer factors, high processability and low cost are shown.

Abstract
Layers of mesoporous Silicon were formed on the surface of monocrystalline silicon wafers by electrochemical anodization in a solution of hydrofluoric acid. Nickel was electrochemically deposited in porous silicon. The dependence of the surface potential of mesoporous Silicon versus Nickel deposition time was investigated. Scanning electron microscopy was used to study the structure of the samples. At the initial stages of deposition in the lower part of the porous layer 30-60 nm grains of Nickel are formed. During the deposition the grain size increases up to 40-70 nm as well as their quantity. For large time of deposition the growth of Nickel grains starts also on the sample surface, and the deposited Nickel layer is quite dense, the size of Nickel grains in this layer does not exceed 10 nm. By monitoring the magnitude of the surface potential during the electrochemical deposition, we can determine the moment of complete filling of channels of pores with Nickel and beginning of the growth of Nickel continuous film on the surface of the sample.

Abstract
The efficiency two-stage majority decoding algorithm for cyclic codes in the correction of error of multiplicity binary symbols where - the number of test equations, needed to guarantee the correction of erroneous symbols is studied. The conditions under which correction of erroneous symbols of multiplicity where is executed, are analyzed, and also the lower bound of the number of combinations of corrected errors of multiplicity and binary symbols is identified for the 2 bits correcting BHC-code. The erroneous decoding probability of the two-stage majority decoder in presence of a communication channel with the additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) is defined.

Abstract
The electrodynamics method of calculation irregular TWT on the wavy bent rectangular waveguide is formulated. Frequency characteristics are calculated and the estimation of influence of the higher types of waves on frequency characteristics and processes of interaction of electron beam and electromagnetic waves in a millimeter and submillimeter ranges of waves lengths is spent.
