Abstract
In the formalism of equations of the diffusive limit of the microscopic theory of superconductivity, the results of experimental investigations of the spin-valve effect in epitaxial Nb/Ho structures are explained. The mechanism of the “quasi-metal” behavior of their critical dependences is established.

Abstract
An analysis of the influence of preamplifier noise with effect of stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) in the SNR on receiving the transformed spectrum signals was presented in this paper. The dependence of the SBS amplifier gain of the pump and the spontaneous emission noise was estimated. It is shown that impact of noise in case of high gain is negligible.

Abstract
The mathematical model for calculation of position functions of controlled positioners depending on position and orientation of execution platform of motion system in three-dimension space with six degrees of freedom was developed. The model allows carrying out the imitational modelling of kinematic characteristics of spatial motion system with interactive visualization in MATLAB environment.

Abstract
Properties and deposition of continuous thin zinc oxide films by chemical on the monocrystalline silicon substrates with zinc oxide seed layer formed by atomic layer deposition are studied. Obtained hybrid zinc oxide structures consist of vertically oriented crystallites packed in uniform continuous film. Optical and electrical properties of the films are measured. It is shown, that deposited zinc oxide films demonstrate photoluminescence in the visible range of electromagnetic spectra with maximum at 600-700 nm. Luminescence band in the near UV region at 380 nm, associated with band-to-band radiative recombination, is also measured. The resistivity of the obtained zinc oxide films is about 0.7 Ohm·cm.

Abstract
Target angular coordinates two-channel measurer synthesis and the description of operational algorithm in case of use of the antenna pattern linear scanning are described. This algorithm allows to decrease fluctuations of a reflected signal pack that approximates it to instantaneous comparison methods by its accuracy characteristics.

Abstract
The organization methods of dependent (packet) error correction by the turbocodecs based both on a sub systematic convolutional codes with uniform threshold decoding algorithm and recursive systematic convolutional codes are considered. The effectiveness of the proposed methods for data coding by two- and three-components turbocodes is evaluated. It is found that turbocodecs, based on nested uniform and recursive convolutional codes, provide fold a decrease in 1,34 times of the transmitted information redundancy in comparison with the known principle turbocodes construction through recursive convolutional codes.

Abstract
The speaker recognition system in acoustic noises with the use of anthropomorphic speech signal processing is considered. A transform based on the cochlear model and its applications for speaker recognition are described in details. The characteristic vector obtained on the basis of this transform used as features for speaker identification. Neural network of direct distribution as decision rules are used. The results of the developed recognition systems of speaker identification are given.

Abstract
Parallel algorithm searching the maximum of the objective function using CUDA technology based on the modified method of dynamic programming is presented. Describes the features of parallel software implementations of the algorithm, which allows to reduce by several orders of magnitude the number of required calculations and memory usage. The results of performance software implementations of the algorithm are shown for modern processors and video cards.

Abstract
The methods for the rehabilitation of patients with neurological disorders based on an unstable platform with audio-visual feedback of the support surface inclination are proposed. They allow the patients to train their ability to control center of gravity during specific dynamic tasks such as maintaining equilibrium, quick reaction, movement reproduction, rhythm synchronization, and simultaneous execution motor and cognitive tasks. A new postural control training system for patients with neurological disorders has been developed. This system equipped with audio-visual feedback of the support surface inclination and provides a complex approach to improving control of posture in subjects with motor and cognitive disorders.

Abstract
The group-based method of classification of chemical elements for definition of their place in the Mendeleev’s periodic system of elements is considered. The arrangement of energetic elements in periods according to the diagram of experimentally defined atomic electron shells is compared to energy levels of elements estimated from the Madelung-Klechkovsky lexicographic ordering rules. It is shown that for adequate description of the set of elements in the framework of approach based on the use of the group method, the changig the peculiarirties of the eigenvalues degeneration of the electron hamiltonian describing a hydrogen-like system is necessary. For this, it is sufficient to include into the hamiltonian a term containing operator of squared orbital momentum.

Abstract
The technique of the comparative analysis of the identification algorithms, applied at a stage of the tertiary radar-tracking information processing in the multisource radar-tracking systems of the air space monitoring is applied. The technique is based on the identification procedure representation of air objects trajectories as the automatic classification problem on the not given amount of classes.

Abstract
The neural networks structure using for task solving of information defense are discussed. The choice of attribute and metadata of executing files with two states (clean and with viruses) which used for multilevel perseptron teaching are built. The teaching was realized within SPSS Statistics - program of IBM Company. After the teaching of neural network the efficiently its working with the control choice of executing files was determined. The relative value of files classification was 5 %, that it is the good result. The file choice must be greater and viruses more variables within the use such approach for large enterprise corporative information systems.

Abstract
The investigation results of the interaction laws of electromagnetic wave at length range of 400…750 nm with fibrous and powdery materials containing conductive coatings (moisture, nickel, cobalt) are presented. It is proposed to use the studied material for the development of natural environments spectral simulators.

Abstract
The electron energy band gap in one monomolecular layer of molybdenum dichalcogenide MoS2 is reduced upon substitution of S atoms by Te ones from 1,84 to 1,17 eV in the case of MoTe2. Both MoTe2 and MoS2 compounds in a bulk phase are indirect-gap semiconductors while one monomolecular layer of MoS2- x Tex compounds are transforming into direct-gap compounds for x < 0,5 or x > 1,5. The band gap dependence has a linear behavior in the case when the concentration of Te atoms is smaller than the concentration of S atoms.
