Abstract
The results of porous silicon formation by anodization of single crystalline silicon wafers in the pulsed galvanostatic mode are presented. Correlations between pore structure and anodization process parameters were determined. It was shown, that porous silicon layers formed in pulsed mode have more uniform structure than porous silicon layers obtained in linear galvanostatic mode. Porous silicon templates with aspect ratio up to 1:500 were formed with the developed approach.

Abstract
The algorithms for image enhancement under bright ambient light condition on the display surface, which optimizes the viewing experience on mobile and automotive displays, were developed. The tone mapping algorithms D L / L and D E with color rendering take into account not only the intensity of ambient illuminance, but also the parameters of the display itself. Display options are quite easy to integrate into the algorithm. This publication shows detailed work of algorithms, as well as provides results of applying algorithms on an image.

Abstract
The method of dynamic objects parametric identification via its phase-frequency characteristics is described. A comparison and selection of the first-order numeric methods for a solution of the least squares task is done. A parametric identification of the real plant via its empiric characteristics is implemented. A comparison of the developed method and method «procest», which is realized in the CAD MATLAB, is done.

Abstract
Nonlinearity model synthesis techniques used in the framework of the discrete technology of electromagnetic compatibility analysis are compared by an example of the UHF amplifier: the models synthesized by the different techniques are collated according to the types of reproduced nonlinear effects and according to the accuracy of nonlinear interference level approximation. Based on the results of the comparison, a technique for synthesis of composite nonlinear models is developed. Such models provide a high accuracy of approximation of the device-under-modeling amplitude-to-amplitude responses for the desired signal and for the nonlinear interference both in the small-signal region and in the desensitization region.

Abstract
It’s obtained the change regularities of electromagnetic radiation reflection and transmission characteristics of shielding polyester fabric with nanostructured ferromagnetic microwire when copper deposited on its fibers surface from water solutions. Recommendations for the practical application of such fabric are proposed.

Abstract
The results of numerical simulation of the magnetization oscillations induced due to the spin transfer effect in a CoFeB/Cu/CoFeB layered nanostructure with a planar magnetization of the pinned layer, when an electric current flows perpendicular to the plane of the structure, are presented. It is shown that the excitation of magnetization oscillations in the structure by an electric current is possible both in the presence and absence of an external magnetic field depending on the easy-axis orientation of the free layer. The dependence of the frequency of magnetization oscillations on the current density and the magnetic damping parameter, as well as the dependence of the threshold current density on the demagnetizing factor has been determined.

Abstract
The results of calculations by means of the first principles methods of the <111> -oriented GaP, GaAs, GaSb, InP, InAs, and InSb nanowires with zince-blende structure show that the morphology of nanowires affects their electronic properties. It has been established that for nanowires with {011} facets the formation of small-sized {112} edges between adjacent {011} facets results in a stable structure and removes the surface states in the band-gap area without the hydrogen passivation.

The description of the original integrated approach to solving the problem of statistical analysis in microelectronic products design process from the design of the technological routine to the system design. Testing of this methodology is described by investigating the influence of process parameters on dispersion structural and electrical characteristics of 0.35 micron MOS transistor, and the characteristics of the analog and digital circuit solutions.

Abstract
The use of a method of joining the random structures (systems) on the productivity for the analytical estimation of the vitality of critically important object is examined. It’re given mathematical expressions for enumerating the productivity of object and its elements the determination of the statistical characteristics of the functions of the random arguments within the framework of the classical probability theory. It’s shown that the major advantages of the utilized method, which being somewhat bulky for the object, their consisting small number of elements, practically is not complicated with their unlimited growth and increase in the dimensionality of system.
