Abstract
Nanostructures formed by immersion deposition of silver on porous silicon at different regimes for their application in surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) has been presented. Porous silicon has been fabricated by anodization of monocrystalline silicon in water solution of isopropanol and hydrofluoric acid. Reflectance spectra of the obtained structures of silver/porous silicon have been studied. It has been revealed that the optimal regimes of SERS require using laser with wave length of 400-450 nm.

Abstract
A new approach of nanoscale MOSFETs electrical characteristics calculating, the essence of which is the use of correction factors, as well as such values of classic drift-diffusion models, which would effectively take into account the quantum-mechanical transport mechanisms is proposed. Modified direct search method of drift-diffusion model optimization for MOSFET with a 90 nm channel length is developed and used.

Abstract
The result of electronic and magnetic properties investigation of ZnO granular films and quasi-two-dimensional structures of TiS2 and TiSe2 were presented. Quantum-mechanical approach in software package VASP was used during the calculation procedure, in particular the method of augmented plane wave (PAW-method). The values of the electronic states’ density of the compounds were presented, the distribution of the magnetic density of ZnO granular films were shown.

Abstract
The research results of structure, chemical composition, reflection and transmission coefficients of powder shungite after heat treatment at 900 °С for 2 h are presented. According X-ray diffraction study, orthoclase was formed, modifications of carbon saved. Transmission coefficient increased in 12 dB in the range 8-12 GHz.

Abstract
Geometric models for the formation and prediction of multi-angle images are developed. As a means of prediction is proposed to use projective techniques compensate of camera motion. It is shown that the projective motion compensation allows to create an efficient compression techniques of multi-angle images.

Abstract
The definition of one-step information predictability stochastic process in discrete time is given. The influence of the accumulation process data on its informational predictability is investigated. Relations connecting the predictability of the whole process with predictability of the individual parameters are obtained. The examples of the definition of information predictability for processes described by linear difference schemes are shown.

Abstract
The results of investigation of developing neuron-fuzzy system that can be used as a decision support tool on the currency market are presented. The algorithm of trading signals forming is created, the most important technical indicators are chosen, the training selection is formed, and the neuron net is created and tested. The precision of developed model exceeds linear and quadratic regressions.

The problem of risk assessment in the logistics projects implementation is studied. The solution for BOL-step in the methodology CL2M is presented. As a result, a theoretical basis for automating the risk assessment of the project in the initial stage, which reduces the likelihood of errors in other stages, is offered.

The problem of synthesis of a quasioptimal contour of the long-distance drone’s command and control considering the inertia of the target coordinate unit is solved. The mean of the compensation of the inertia measuring device is offered. The analysis of the distance influence on the parameters of the long-distance drone’s command and control contour before the contact of the drone with the target is carried out.

The results of the study are not primitive BCH codes with decoding the guide, the potential is much greater than the design possibilities. The efficiency of automorphisms of codes, norms theory syndromes in the correction of all admissible-Mykh minimum distances errors in the above code is shown.

Abstract
Fiber optic communication system used for data transmission in emergencies has been suggested. It has been shown in this paper that for increasing survivability of such systems, optical radiation with a wavelength of 850 nm, photon counter and asynchronous data transfer mode are to be used.

With application of connected waves theory the evaluation of directed radiation efficiency of interdigital executed by inhomogeneous polarization piezosoundlead transducer exciting acoustic sources with a phase shift 90 degrees has obtained.
