Abstract
The method of obtaining the model, describing degradation regularity for function parameter of electronic device (ED) sample, was systematized. The probability distribution function (for operating time of interest) of function parameter of ED sample is considered as a model of degradation. On the basis of the method the technique for prediction of parametric reliability of new ED samples was developed. It can be used for new samples of ED of the same type, but which did not participate in preliminary research/investigations. Prediction is obtained as the probability of the fact, when functional parameter of any device in a sample will have the value within the specified limits after specified operating time.

Abstract
A scheme for constructing Vector Network Analyzer of transmission and reflection coefficients (parameters S21 and S11) of the homodyne type with the formation quadrature signals based on the use of multi-point hardware shifter microwave signals in the frequency range 75-110 GHz is presented, provides a mathematical model for the processing of the quadrature signals and its implementation in the programming model.

Abstract
The algorithm for shock pulse repetition frequency estimation based on periodic wavelet transform was proposed. The algorithm was applied to both synthesized and real vibration data. The applicability of the algorithm for vibration diagnostics of rotating machinery health by model defects was confirmed.

The pattern of afterpulses generation in avalanche photodetectors, operating in the photon counting mode is offered. This pattern allows to take into account the trapped level type of carrier trapping, type of charge carrier, trapped on such level and the dead time effect.

Abstract
Considered the method of modeling a virtual path of the aircraft for the purpose of some misinformation radar on the air situation in its area of responsibility. The method is based on the premise system electronic warfare in the overwhelming radar signals that mimic the movement of an object along a predetermined path. The algorithms for calculating time intervals defining moments for the radiation in the direction of the radar signals that mimic the real purpose are given.

Abstract
We consider the delta sigma direct computer synthesizer direct synthesis of phase interpolation. The phase interpolation is performed using a single capacitor integrator and digital-to-analog converters. Delta-sigma conversion of distinguished ability provides high frequency and low noise quantization the output direct digital frequency synthesizer. Simulated operation of the synthesizer, confirmed the high quality features of the synthesized signals.

Abstract
The definition of information predictability stochastic process and its parameters is given in the article. Obtain relations connecting the predictability of a stochastic process as a whole predictability of its individual parameters are recieved. The examples of the definition of information predictability for processes described by stochastic differential equations, are shown.

A model of reverberation in the synthetic aperture sonar is considered. A assessment of reverberation effect on quality formation of seabed image in synthetic aperture sonar is performed by mathematical simulation with model of reverberant space.

Abstract
Principles of construction of program modelling complex of the radar-tracking signals reflected from objects of various classes are considered. The developed complex of modelling allows to form casual realizations of a signal reflected from observable object taking into account its sizes and design features, spatial moving of the purpose, presence of rotating reflectors and characteristics of radiation of a radar.

Abstract
The algorithm modification of dynamic transformation RDF queries in method for mapping relational DB to the RDF model allows to support the ciphering by the way of unity operations for queries coding with inhomogeneous mapping on relational model. Two variants of method of mapping relational DB to the RDF model are proposed. The software realization for medium volume of user queries (until ten thousand) in class terms is proposed. The hardware realization of this method for large volume of user queries (tens and hundreds of thousands) by including to web-server the special processor on PLIS is proposed.

Abstract
Layers of aerosols, deposited on a high volume fiberglass filter from air, were analyzed using proton beam. Both the RBS spectrum and PIXE one were stored simultaneously, which allows one to calculate the light element content as well as to identify heavier elements and calculate their concentrations in aerosols.

Abstract
Quantum-statistical description of coherent dipole-active states and quantum kinetic theory of mixed-valence state for metal centers of perovskite ferroelectrics is introduced. For layered perovskites with linear electron spectrum it allowed to establish a quadratic dependence of charge density distribution on momentum. It has been shown that a dipole polarization vector of resonance between d ( f )- and s ( p )-electron states becomes stable due to this found dependence.

Abstract
The optical scheme of smoke fire detector based on the laser source and which allows to realize method used in linear smoke detectors along with the traditional fire detection method for point smoke fire detectors (after intensity level of emission scattered by particles of smoke) is offered. Monitoring of the environment state by two independent channels increases the sensitivity of the detector and fire detection reliability. The conditions which provide high sensitivity of «linear» channel of smoke detection with low optical base were found. Model experiments to detect the smoke by experimental model of developed optical scheme of smoke fire detector are conducted.
