Abstract
It is a short review of the most valuable theoretical and experimental results obtained in the center of nanoelectronics and novel materials. Electronic and optical properties of nanostructured porous silicon, quantum films and wires of silicon and germanium, nanodiamonds, nanostructured oxides of metals and semiconductors, nanostructures with the effect of tunneling magnetoresistance, nanodimensional HfO2 films in the structures with resistive switching are summarized. Their application is presented.

Abstract
Results of electrochemical technology creating of micro- and nanoelectronics facilities mainly hybrid microcircuits and multichip packages are cited. Aluminium substrates, multiple-level system of interconnections and aluminium frames for VLSI-circuits technologies are viewed. Results of electro-chemical technology creating of nanoelectronics facilities such as operated matrix field-emission cath-odes and transistors, based on single-electron transport quantum effect are presented.

Abstract
The basic research results in the field of devices solid-state structures developing, their testing, and measurements of geometrical and optical parameters of its elements are briefly described. Novel possibilities of medical diagnostics and therapy on the basis of bio-resonance effects have been described. These effects take place in the frequency range of 40-75 GHz. Within this range there is a so called human individual characteristic frequency (ICF). The methodic of its determination has been described. The diagnostics of possible diseases is based on the correlation tie between human ICF and a large numbers of medical observations. Effect of therapy is achieved during its correction with use of the electromagnetic irradiation of low intensity (less than 10 mW×сm-2).

Abstract
The main results of development and investigation of materials, components and elements for nanoelectronics, microelectronics and radioelectronics are reported. The original advances are summarized in the areas of superconductive electronics, nanostructured materials for VLSI, sol-gel techniques of isolating layers forming on the basis of hard-melting metallic oxides, metal SHF-plasma deposition of films, technologies of wideband electromagnetic shields forming and technical facilities of acoustic signals suppression.

Abstract
The basic results of development and research of new elements of superconducting electronics on the base of porous templates and superconductor - ferromagnet heterostructures are presented shortly. The fundamental aspects of original achievements in the region of the superconducting nanoelectronics, quantum physics interpretation processes in nanoscale self-assembled superconducting nanowires, the coexistence of superconductivity and magnetism are reviewed.

Abstract
The basic scientific results of scientific research in the field of «Mechatronics and Microsystems»were briefly presented. The module concept of building of electromechanical converters for precision coordinate motion systems was described. The structure of adaptive control system was presented; it provides the possibility of trajectory control and dynamic programming of motion parameters, velocity and acceleration of drives. Mathematical models of analysis and synthesis of structural and topological, kinematic and dynamic characteristics of reconfigurable multicoordinate motion systems were shown; they may be also based on the parallel kinematic mechanisms.

Abstract
The basic results of research and optimization of powerful UHF electronic devices are presented in brief. Their complete description is contained in quoted six monographs and 172 papers, which where published in international and state journals by authors of researches. Only principal aspects of original achievements in area nonlinear theory, the methods of optimization, interpretation of physics of optimal processes and predicted effects of nonlinear interaction of powerful electron beams with electromagnetic waves are quoted from our published papers.

Abstract
Briefly main results of the researches on analysis and structured-parametric syntheses of digital systems of subscriber access, which were got in BSUIR, are stated. The main trends of researches are indicated and the variants of the structured-parametric syntheses of the digital systems, which use different technologies of transmition and telecommunications networks buildings, are represented. Abstract
A new approaches of synthesis of telecommunication networks are investigated. LP problems are solving for choice of the capacity of the telecommunication networks. QoS-routing of the information flows in the forms of «flows-arcs» and «flows-paths» are under the consideration. Network design problems with QoS requirement are formulated as problem based on Service-Oriented Architecture. The problems are presented into two level architecture: service provisioning model and service selection model.

Abstract
The results of various embodiments study of the hardware and software phase-locked loops, suggesting possible variants of generalized mathematical models of the multi-systems as well as devices with a cyclic interrupt mode-locked are presented. One of the possible algorithms of phase-locked loops software functioning is offered.

Abstract
The new approach to use of key statements of pattern recognition theory for the parallel problem oriented processors design is presented. The tasks of classification, clusterization and association are considered from point of view of parallel processor architecture unification. As a final result the domestic neuron like computer prototype is announced.
