Abstract
The paper reports on terbium-related photo-, cathode-, and under X-ray luminescence in yttrium alumina composites Y3Al5O12 and YAlO3. The composite Y3Al5O12 was fabricated using the sol-gel method in a form of powder followed by its pressing in a tablet. The composite YAlO3 was formed in the pores of anodic alumina film grown on silicon wafer. The possibility of application both of the method for high resolution X-ray film convertor is discussed.

Abstract
An improved structure and technological process of trench MOS barrier Schottky (TMBS) diodes are developed and studied by 2D-simulation. The experiments performed demonstrated simplification of the technology by elimination of one photolithography and improvement of the diode parameters.

Abstract
The software to simulate radiation resistance of MOSFET transistors, the basic elements of CMOS integrated circuits, is presented. The software performs visualization and analysis of volt-ampere characteristics of p - and n -channel transistors, extraction of «radiation sensitive» SPICE parameters and modeling of their variations with an ionizing radiation. The degradation of MOSFET transistors of the 1554LN1 microcircuit is investigated for gamma Co60 irradiation.

Abstract
The concentration dependence of optical properties of the glasses, containing nanoparticles of solid solution CuInSeTe, is studied. Influence of additional heat treatment on spectral properties is established. The difference in the spectra is explained from the standpoint of transformation of crystalline lattices.

Abstract
An efficient algorithm for evaluating the interval of solutions stability of opened and closed linear assignment problems based on a review of the results of optimization iterations is proposed. Economical one-step transition to the nearest vertex of the polytope of problem one for all the edges of the optimal perfect matching is almost an order of magnitude reduces the computational complexity of evaluating the stability of the current optimal solution.

Comprehensive analyses of different scaling technique to be used for high education service quality estimation are provided. The most well-known scaling techniques have been described with simple illustrating example. The Likert scaling approach has been pointed out as the more suitable approach for high education service quality estimation.

Abstract
The mathematical model multibeam TWT with sheet electronic beams on wavy bent rectangular waveguide with use of waves is formulated. Features of designs and interaction of electronic beams with waves are noted. Results of calculations multibeams TWT are resulted, is shown, that fourbeam TWT has calculation output power 11 W, gain 31 dB on frequency 559 GHz.

Error correction capability of unguaranteed errors multiplicity by codes BCH based on the norming decoding is investigated. A searching algorithm of forming vectors of error with multiplicity greater than the guaranteed by code is proposed.
