Abstract
The precise method of measurement of ultrahigh own Q-factors of the superconducting cavity, based on excitation of oscillations in the cavity by an electronic beam is offered. At such measurement the resonator is not coupled to any external microwave chains, its own Q-factor is determined on a power loss of an electronic beam which can be measured with a high accuracy.

Abstract
Characteristic properties of the formation of physical - chemical properties of a manganite with the composition La0.6Sr0.4MnO3-d were considered. It was determined that two titration current minima depending on the heating rate and the partial pressure of oxygen (pO2) exist at different temperatures, heating rates and partial pressures of oxygen. It is supposed that extreme values of the titration current are caused by breaking of bands of anions existing in two different forms with the tetravalent manganese, as well as by the excessive superstoichiometric oxygen which partially compensate the presence of Mn4+ cations, and by oxygen recovering the electroneutrality of the system appearing due to a decrease of the charge value due to the introduction of Sr2+. It was established that the activation energy of oxygen diffusion is decreasing and reached the minimal value 241 kJ/mole at pO2=5 Pa, with a subsequent increase up to ~273 kJ/mole at pO2= 150 Pa and d=0,004, with the increase of oxygen defects concentration in the La0.6Sr0.4MnO3-d anion sublattice. Concentration dependence of the activation energy of oxygen diffusion is motivated by a formation of the stressed layer, placed near the surface of grains which are depleted with oxygen and at the same time they are a buffer for the oxygen diffusion.

Abstract
The analysis of the terrestrial electromagnetic filling in severe radio-electronic environment specified by heterogeneity of the composition of stationary and mobile radio-electronic devices (RED), specified by presence of RED with a directivity and randomness of electromagnetic radiation power, and also by heterogeneity of power criteria of electromagnetic safety for RED of various kinds is made. The equations defining the relationship of terrestrial electromagnetic filling in such radio-electronic environment with total intensity of an electromagnetic background, created by stationary and mobile RED at a terrestrial surface, and also with probability of excess of maximum permissible level by the sum of total intensity of electromagnetic field from stationary and mobile RED, and of intensity of an external electromagnetic background, are received.

Abstract
Thus, Al-Al2O3 structures characteristic features of which are the considerable height (300 - 450 μm ) of contact pads and conducting lines, the high thickness (150 - 600 μm ) of insulating anodic alumina with high breakdown voltages between the contact pads (up to 8 kV) were made in the present work. Such structures may be used in power electromechanical systems. Methods of the high-speed anodization, of the deep anodization and chemical etching were investigated to provide practically vertical walls in the Al-Al2O3 system.

Abstract
The complexity of the norm decoding is exanimated. The results of computational experiments in the norm decoding for BCH codes are presented. Analysis of the results shows that part of the norm instead the whole norm of the syndrome can be used for the identification of multiple errors patterns. Properties of norms of syndrome for BCH codes are identified. Identification based on the combined use of main and supplementary norms if the value of the first component of the syndrome is zero are proposed.

Abstract
An analysis of nonlinear distortion in passive optical networks (PON), due to stimulated Mandel'shtam - Brillouin scattering is performed. It is shown that starting with a pump power of the signal / noise ratio at the input of the receiver opposite direction decreases sharply, which leads to increased likelihood of errors.
