Abstract
The results presented research OFDM system synchronization by using one of the basic properties of the continuous Fourier transform, characterized by the duality between a convolution in the time domain, and multiplying the frequency domain, which is not fully extended to the discrete case. For its correct application to the digital system design OFDM linear convolution sampling replaced the circular convolution. This approach reduces the computational analysis synchronization of its complexity and requires the formation of training sequences or pilot data. The result is a matrix that takes into account the deviation of the analyzed samples in the form of random Gaussian processes with zero mean value, allowing to estimate the amplitude of the subcarriers for an arbitrary level of dispersion of random processes.

Abstract
The problem of voice recognition for use in access control systems was considered. The technique of quick print announcer voice without loss of data characterizing the vote was offered. It proposed to use a Kohonen self-organizing map to identify the speaker, characterized by neuronal release of maximum activity, which reduced the recognition time by 30-80 % compared with existing solutions.

Abstract
The features of the radial speed application in the problem of Kallman's filtration of range and two its derivatives for the surveillance radar are considered. The comparative analysis of the consielired parameters of the filtration results for the hypothetical radars is performed. The total fluctation and dynamic errors are analysed.

Abstract
The sol-gel method of fabrication strontium titanate films is described. The films were characterized with scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis and ellipsometry. It is shown, that one layer of barium titanate films are amorphous, whereas multilayer films reveal Bragg diffraction peaks corresponding to BaTiO3 phase after annealing at 850оС. The perspective of fabrication the proposed sol for the thin film capacitive structures as well as multilayer interference filters of optical range is discussed.

Abstract
Methods -channel encoding and decoding of dependent errors based on systematic uniform verification codes (SRSC), providing an increase in the speed of code transmission and the correcting capabilities of the initial SRMS are considered. The efficiency of the proposed coding methods is estimated. It's found that the proposed methods of encoding and decoding provide an increase in the transmission rate of the initial (basic) SRMS in 1,34 and decrease of magnitude the probability of erroneous decoding by two orders.

Abstract
The proliferation of the Internet and its applications has led to a potential increase in users' requests for more services at economical prices and Quality of service. The diversity of Internet traffic requires some prioritization and prioritization because some visits deserve great attention while reducing delays and packet losses compared to others. Current swap scheduling mechanisms are characterized by three main characteristics: fairness, complexity, and protection. Therefore, the question remains how we can provide equity and protection with less complex implementation. In this paper present proposed scheduling mechanism to enhance the performance of computer network. Proposed method is utilize an adaptive neural fuzzy inference system in make schedule decision and adapted to handle with varying behaviors of network. It is programmed in object oriented programming C++ with OMNET++ environment. The proposed method ANFIS solving the problem of complexity run time for WFQ algorithm. It uses ANFIS to calculate the virtual finish time for packets instead of mathematically way in the ordinary WFQ. The main contributions of this paper are minimizing the delay, reduce the packet loss in routers service queue and increasing throughput. In order to enhance the performance of computer network.

Abstract
The method of the numerical solution of a task of distribution of current for wire antennas of any geometry is offered. The method differs in a universality combination in relation to geometry of a radiator, high reliability of the decision and a possibility of full automation of calculations. The assessment of reliability is executed by the solution of a test task for the linear symmetric vibrator.

Abstract
Set of conditional probabilities of accepted decisions and average duration of classification procedure it is offered to characterize functioning quality of the sequential recognition device. The analytical calculation technique of quality indicators is developed. The technique basis is made by representation of interchannel differences multidimensional density of probabilities by the truncated number on orthogonal polynoms with optimum picked up weight function. At calculations the hypothesis about supervision continuation is considered to means of a numerical method of Monte-Carlo. Within preset values of the relation a signal-noise qualities demanded indicators are received. The received results have been confirmed by a method of statistical modelling.

Abstract
An analysis of modern methods of modeling of the fundamental electronic properties of bulk semiconductors based on the electron density functional theory is performed and a technique taking into account the peculiarities of semiconductor compounds has been proposed. The procedure of creation of a model of the investigated object and an estimation of its adequacy is described. As an example the comparison of the results of calculations of electronic spectra and optical functions of MoS2 obtained in the framework of various functionals is given. The parameters which adequately describe the properties of investigated material in the framework of the presented technique are established.

Abstract
The frequency dependences of attenuation and reflection coefficient for solid solutions of the (FeIn2S4)х ×(AgIn5S8)1-х system upon interaction with microwave radiation are obtained. It is established that crystal powders of the mentioned compounds provide attenuation of the electromagnetic radiation from 6 dB till 14 dB in the range 8...12 GHz. With comparative thickness about 1 mm FeIn2S4 compound crystals have the most shielding efficient. The reflection coefficient of such samples can be reduced till -18 dB. With silver ions in solid solution reflection coefficient increases to -1,5…-2 dB.

Abstract
To improve the accuracy of measuring the S-parameters of microwave devices using vector network analyzers, it is proposed to use a digital processing algorithm based on the quadrature decomposition of the measurement signal followed by accumulation during the entire observation period. The article presents the results of mathematical modeling of the algorithm, as well as the results of the algorithm in a vector network analyzer of heterodyne type P4-mvm-118.
