Abstract
The article is devoted to development of the work algorithm of technical system of complex structure functional diagnostics of the person motions. The system allows synchronously recording and simultaneously analysing of the electrophysiological and biomechanical parameters of the person motions. According to the developed algorithm ways of technical realization of the system are offered.

Abstract
An analysis of the required transfer rate of panoramic video data for stationary and mobile surveillance networks is done. A codec which takes into account information about moving objects located out of sight of the operator is proposed.

Abstract
A brief overview of the probability-algebraic modeling and of algorithm exception as methods of investigation of complex systems is presented. It contains description of the calculation and interpretation of reliability indices for systems with more than two selected incompatible states of components. The article describes an example of evaluation of the changes in network reliability by using the program of the probability-algebraic simulation PALS.

Abstract
The screens formed by artificial electromagnetic environments in the assumption of presence of regional effects, their sizes caused by limitation are considered. Results of calculations and measurements of amplitude and constants of distribution of regional waves depending on structure geometry are spent.

Abstract
The algorithm of formation of a non-stationary structural signal from composite signals is considered. The composite signals have combined through functional transformation of the correlation matrixes. The results of modeling of influence of a non-stationary signal on an adaptive filtration are resulted.

Abstract
The method of physiological efficiency assessment of electrical stimulation signals signals with various parameters on the base of time-frequency analysis of stimulated muscle global electromyogram is developed. As criterion of efficiency it is offered to use an indicator of relative change of ratio of amplitude to effective bandwidth frequency of global electromyograms registered before and after electrical stimulation. The above described method is used for the efficiency assessment of rectangular bipolar signals with frequency of 50-1000 Hz and the sinusoidal modulated currents with carrying frequency of 2-5 kHz and frequency of modulation of 25-150 Hz. The results of this work can be interesting for developer of the electromyography and electrical stimulation systems, as well as for electrophysiologists and physiatrists.

Abstract
Model of spatial structure of ballistic wave is developed in terms of linear approximation of flight path of bullet that flies with supersonic speed. The model allows getting analytic statements for direction and time of arrival of muzzle and ballistic waves to the receiving point in consideration of gravity. Linear approximation of the flight path provides reduction of computational costs for shooter position fixing. The results of experimental verification of the model are provided.

Abstract
Modern automated control systems of the air space are characterized by a large number of sources of radar data. Collection and compilation of data from them is a difficult task, aimed at creating a unified view of the air situation picture. One of the most difficult tasks in trajectory data unification is the identification of the trajectories of aerial objects based on data from multiple sources of orbital information. It is described an approach to solving the problem of trajectory data identification in algorithms for tracking aerial objects based on the application of the theory of fuzzy sets.

The methods of calculation and optimization of the parameters of two-wire single-sideband digital transmission systems by the technologies xDSL, taking into account noise of echo cancellation. Abstract
The method of generating of the stable modulated electrical signals in a broad range of the carrying frequencies admitting analog and digital compose of the modulating signals providing in all range the same relative instability of the carrying frequency equal to the relative frequency instability of oscillations of the main oscillator is developed. The structure of the device of modulated signals generating with the raised stability of carrying frequency is synthesized.

Abstract
The procedure of an estimate of efficiency of resorts of a thermal protection which is offered allows to carry out calculation of a picking-up range, the recognition and identification of installation of observation. Calculation is carried out on the basis of effects of laboratory measuring of temperature of a surface of the module of a resort of a thermal protection and at known value of temperature of a surface of defended installation.

Abstract
The evaluation of the speech intelligibility in the premises protected by acoustic noise generator was performed by the correlation analysis method. The existence of dependence between the speech intelligibility and the signal power was proofed with a correlation coefficient over 0.7. The latter finding makes possible to suggest that these variables are linearly correlated, and construct the regression line, greatly simplifying the evaluation of speech intelligibility. The influence of speech temp on the speech intelligibility was investigated.

Abstract
Influence of gamma radiation Co60 on static and dynamic characteristics of the transresistance amplifier and the comparator realized on the master slice array «ABMK 1-3» is considered taking into account formulated design rule. At absorbed dose D = 5 Mrad the comparator input current has increased on 25 %, other IC parameters (gain, impulse response of the transresistance amplifier, propagation delay, transition time, output current of the comparator) have changed slightly.

Abstract
A classification of traffic in IP-based networks is described. The problem of traffic within the parameters of quality of service is formulated. The algorithms to maximize flow and minimize cost are reviewed. The algorithm of the problem of the «maximum minimum cost flow» is modificated so that would be taken into account when choosing a path not only cost, but also the delay. Implementation of this algorithm in Java is developed. The program to test the algorithm with the ability to model the characteristics of the network is written.

The synthesis of the optimal structure of space-time signal processing for background on the radar is produced. Determined the structure of space-time filters compensation correlated passive hindrances and coherent accumulation of pulse signals.
