Abstract
The algorithms with specializing and stabilizing coefficients to provide sustainable solutions to systems of equations related to poorly determined tasks of electrodynamics and nonlinear dynamics are described. It demonstrates the use of the modified algorithms in the task of E0 i -waves propagation in irregular waveguide and dynamic model of Ressler's chaos. In the latter case it is demonstrated that ”deterministic” (i.e. reproducible) chaos is impossible .

Abstract
The results of calculations and system analysis of the properties of semiconducting compounds attractive for the fabrication of novel nanoelectronic devices are presented. The classes of semiconducting compounds of AIIBIVCV2, AI2BIVCVI3, AIVBVI and AVIBVI are considered, the most promising compounds are chosen on the base of the analysis of their properties and recommendations about possibility of their use in optoelectronics, photovoltaics and spintronics are made.

Abstract
A method for segmentation of images based on the wave region growing is suggested. In contrast to known methods of segmentation the proposed method allows to divide the regions with smoothing drops of brightness and adapt to the constraints time of segmentation.

Abstract
The mathematical model of the two-cascade orboklystron-amplifier with sheet beams is formulated. Calculations of amplitude characteristics of regenerative amplifiers on frequency of 180 GHz are resulted. Calculation electronic efficiency of two-cascade orboklystron-amplifiers with sheet beams on frequency of 180 GHz can reach values of 5 %, electronic power 16 W, gain 35 dB.

Abstract
A way of SQL-injection vulnerability detection based on static code analysis is discussed. A web-application internal quality model based on the results of automated detection of SQL-injection vulnerabilities is given. Practical results of applying the quality model to real-world web-applications are presented.

Abstract
The results of the theoretical and experimental studies of the process of producing a porous diamond tool with anisotropic pore structure for grinding and polishing works with flow in the treatment area coolant through the pores of the tool are given. On the basis of the conducted theoretical and experimental studies porous abrasive material, which allows to increase productivity when machining hard more than 65 % is developed.

Abstract
Single-phase nanosized Sr2FeMoO6-δ powders were synthesized by citrate-gel method at pH = 4, 6, 9, with various degrees of superstructural ordering of Fe3+ and Mo5+ cations ( P = 65 % for pH = 4, P = 51 % for pH = 6 and P = 20 % for pH = 9). According to the XPS analysis results, mixed valence state of cations iron and molybdenum was established. With increasing of pH, the Fe2+ concentration value rises from 63 % to 72 %, whereas the Fe+3 concentration drops from 37 % to 28 %. According to the results of investigations of magnetization temperature dependence performed in ZFC (zero-field cooling) and FC (field cooling) modes a metastable superparamagnetic state in low-dimensional grains of Sr2FeMoO6-d ferrimagnetic powders at T < 19 K was established. In powders with pH = 4 the number of low dimensional grains is significantly larger than powders with pH = 6 and 9. This has led to their large magnetization value at T = (4,2-19) K.

Abstract
Providing effective security mechanisms is an important requirement to any secure cloud solution. In this sense, it's proposed to use a hybrid approach to cloud security that includes both warning and detection mechanisms in order to minimize the possibility of a successful attack. According to that proposal, the customized attribute-based encryption (ABE) is a comprehensive access control solution for cloud storage services including user accountability and key revocation. The authors apply state-of-the-art signal processing techniques in order to detect the malicious activities and Man-in-the-Cloud (MITC) attacks in the cloud environment.

Abstract
The study analyzes impacts on biologically active points while carrying out Foll's method of electropunctural diagnostics, resonance and medication testing. It is shown, that microcurrent and external static electric charge impact on biologically active points leads to the emergence of neurons' action potential and the emergence of displacement current inside neurons' cell membrane.

Abstract
The influence of composite coating composition based on powdered charcoal with different binders on the characteristics of electromagnetic radiation shielding in the frequency range 0,7…17 GHz are researched. It is shown that the deposition of a composite coating on the developed surface structure with pyramidal irregularities increases the efficiency of electromagnetic radiation shielding an average of 10…12 dB throughout the investigated frequency range.

Abstract
Research results of electromagnetic radiation transmission and reflection characteristics in the frequency range 0.7…17 GHz of needle-punched webs modified by impregnation with solutions containing alcohol and calcium salts are presented. The possibility of such fabrics using for the manufacture of electromagnetic radiation shields constructions with the value of the reflection coefficient -8…-10 dB and transmission coefficient to -18 dB in this frequency range is experimentally demonstrated.

Abstract
Analysis elements of users work in information corporative systems (ICS) are done. The mathematical model of social authentification in ICS allows on given quality of unsatisfactory marks to calculate the probability of successful authentification with the use of time primoderatin calculating. It allows to restore the user password during losing and by villain exchanging. The modifying algorithm on this model base is reproduced which allows to execute user authentification on charger with attraction. The approach for save user activity in clouding computer area is done.
