Abstract
Typical structure of closed-loop control for steam turbine К-1000-60/3000, designed and implemented by «Interavtomatika» at the unit 4 Kalinin NPP are shown. A wide range of tests confirmed execution of all the functions of control, protection and antifault control. Based on this structure were developed projects of electronic part control system for units K-1200-60/3000 Novovoronezh nuclear power station and the BN800 Beloyarsk nuclear power plant. For turbine 1200 MW of the Belarusian nuclear power plant is expected to use the same proven solutions, but on the basis of new VNIIA developments.

Abstract
The methods and algorithms of a compact on-board image recognition module to be used as a part of monitoring systems is presented. The main goal of the module is significantly reduction in the amount of image and video data, which should be stored on board and/or transmitted to a surface station. This is achieved by way of real-time recognition of frames of input video sequence and pre-selection of those similar to the given target image classes. It is supposed the module can be used as a part of remote monitoring systems based on drones and small-size satellites.

Abstract
Real time localization of a moving or stationary object in a video stream is one of the most complex tasks in video processing due to changing background conditions or full / partial object overlaps is considered. For present moment, a number of techniques and solution proposed, nevertheless the task is still actual and no one can speak about revolutionary breakthrough. Present article describes real-time object tracking algorithm based on adaptive correlation filter usage. The algorithm is autonomous and doesn't need parameters adjustments from the beginning till the end of its functioning.

Abstract
The method of normalization of planimetric lines on thickness based on the mask analysis of local orientations of their fragments is offered. Comparison of the offered method with known methods of a skeletization is made. It is shown that the offered method surpasses known methods of a skeletization in speed and quality. Approaches to parametrization of curves are considered.

Abstract
A hardware-software system for experimental study of human behavior in conditions of danger is developed. It allows to solve a wide range of tasks when looking into factors influencing human behavior in both pragmatically motivated and inner motivated risk. The developed complex allows to model situations in which there is physical, economic and (or) social danger, to organize test subjects’ activity in such situations, to record and store data about their behavior.

Abstract
Basic requirements have been considered to sensor and controlling tracts of mechatronic systems with the remote organization of objects control processes. It has been shown that the use of digitizing principles and distributed data procession in mechatronic systems makes it possible to pass to the unified structure and the typical set of software and hardware functions of the aforesaid tracts. A problem of true transmission of transactions by telemeter and telematics channels of the intellectual mechatronic systems has been analyzed. Lower and upper borders of one transaction block have been evaluated - probability of true transmission of one transaction block.
