Abstract
In individual forecasting of parameter values and, therefore, gradual refuses of electronic devices' (ED) with simulation effects method the reliability prediction can be judged by average prediction error, which gives only average reliability prediction picture. In particular cases parameter's true value deviation for a new instance can differ noticeably from the predicted values. For practical problems of ED gradual failures forecasting for future developments it's important to have interval forecast of functional parameter. This forecast is proposed to be obtained by using the control sample and hypothesis on the normal distribution of ED parameter values forecasting relative error.

Abstract
The synchronization coefficients values are calculated for a given synchronization bands with non-linear properties of the synchronized generator. The experimental results show the effect of an external signal not only on phase noise, but also the amplitude fluctuations.

Abstract
The problem of the solution of asymmetric traveling salesman problem with sparse matrix, based on branch and bound techniques with linear assignment problems relaxation, is considered. Inheritance of the result’s data of previous problems and its reoptimization allows to decreasing time of reception of the new solution on branch’s tree path. The reoptimization algorithm, based on a Shortest Augmenting Path method, is offered.

Abstract
The possibility of using two physical unclonable functions (based on static random access memory and on the ring oscillators) to produce true random number sequences was investigated. Generated sequences successfully pass NIST and Diehard statistical tests. The possibility of solving the digital devices identification problem using physical unclonable function based on static RAM was investigated. Experimentation data (distances metric between digital devices identifiers) showed the possibility of using such technique for solving the problem of identification.

Abstract
Estimations of levels of the equivalent isotropic radiated power in frequency channels of GSM 900/1800 base stations (BS) which are required and sufficient for the effective utilization of radio-frequency resource allocated to the GSM network, are resulted. Analysis is performed for various BS antenna heights, various population density, various levels of real sensitivity of BS radio reception, various cluster dimension of GSM network frequency planning and different specific traffic intensity.

Abstract
Architecture of the multimodal text to speech synthesis system based on the voice conversion framework was proposed. Such system could be tuned to the specific speaker without any costs losses on the training phase and based on one speaker base, having in TTS system. Structural scheme for this type of the speech synthesizer, with the description of the functionality of the main blocks were presented. Their specific characteristics are synergy approach to the architecture and text-independent mode in the training phase.

Method of color objects description in complex scenes and the algorithm of comparison of color tone on such objects using histogram method and quantization is presented. HSL color model is used in proposed algorithm. The size of objects and color can be arbitrary. Methods of objects detection can differ from discussed.

The task of interval prediction of non-stationary processes of stochastic differential equations described by models is considered. Predictability of such processes is defined. Algorithms of interval prediction in the discrete and continuous time are received.

Abstract
Limit order price estimation algorithm is considered in the article. Algorithm increases execution probability. It is based on the processing of the first level capital market data such as tick trades and quotes. It is shown and proved by practical results that algorithm allows successfully detect price of limit order for good position entry and exit.

Abstract
The results of the comparison in terms of efficiency, the band gain, the gain and the initial angular spread of the electron velocities for large-orbit gyro-TWT and peniotron amplifier are given. It is shown that the peniotron amplifier has a higher efficiency and power compared with large-orbit gyro-TWT, but has a narrower band of amplification.

Abstract
Temperature dependencies of shielding effectiveness of flexible water-containing shielding materials were studied in the frequency range of 8-12 GHz. It is shown that using the porous materials with a highly developed surface as well as nanostructurizing additives and components for the impregnating solution prevents the decreasing of the shielding effectiveness of the water-containing electromagnetic shields at temperatures below zero.
