Abstract
The article is devoted to experimental evaluation of the influence of electric-mode parameters of the original surface treatment of wire cutting tool on its surface in the process of cutting them brittle materials using free abrasive. The description of the established systems and procedures are set out questions for experimental studies. The results, reflecting the influence of the profile, the surface treatment of wire electro samples on their cutting ability are presented and analyzed.

Abstract
The method for development of intelligent software for image analysis is described. It is based on control shell of scripts generating that are controlled by an intelligent agent in software. The method is based on a combination of features of dynamic libraries and interpreter with a lot of functions for image processing.

Abstract
Norming decoding based on cyclotomic classes with main and subordinate norms is exanimated. It was found that all the norms of BCH codes and their error vector generators are the parts of complete cyclotomic classes. Identification of the error vectors generators with serial and parallel-serial processing of combined cyclotomic classes is proposed.

Abstract
The main provisions needed for the development of complex internet systems that store, process and analyze data, intended to organize an express laser expertise are presented. With structural software development methodology derived functional model of the system the data model and the general architecture of a universal system that supports the collection, storage and analysis of data related to the materials science expertise and technological research articles, historical and artistic treasures of the environment, biostructures are obtained.

Abstract
The results of experimental studies of the properties of a new type of nanostructured devices - acoustoelectronic sensors based on modified carbon nanotube arrays are discussed. Electrical circuits and construction of acoustoelectronic chemical sensors for bulk acoustic waves with carbon nanotubes array sensing layer were developed and studied.

Abstract
Results of the interconnection system formation during substrate anode alumina processing are presented. It is proved that anode Al2O3 substrate, interconnection system in the bulk and contact pads formation is possible simultaneously. The thickness of the anode Al2O3 substrate, the distribution of the interconnection system in its volume, the sizes of the conducting tracks and pads are specified by the method of the concrete board fabrication. It is possible to connect outboard or formed on the substrate surface later elements of integrated circuits with use external outputs with interconnection system.

A method of transmission light beams based on birefringent elements and polarization transformations which eliminates the effect of destabilizing factors due to the fact that the interferometer is proposed to support and probing light beams pass through the same optical elements is proposed.

Abstract
The approach of aluminium porous anodisation has been proposed. Anodisation was realized under high forming voltages with Joule heat sink through aluminium tracks formed by a photolithographic mask. Record high forming voltages have been achieved leads to new tubular oxide structure with wide outer diameter of 50 - 400 nm and the high anodic process anisotropy up to 0,8. The results obtained can be explained by imposing the high electric field in the porous alumina barrier layer.

Abstract
The interference surface electromyograms reflecting the activity of peripheral nervous system are analyzed using the delayed coordinate analysis method. Objective analysis of electromyograms is realized with the help of the specially developed information-measuring system, including analysis of interference electromyograms of delta-muscles in dynamics influenced by the graduated physical load, combined physical load and caffeine, combined physical load and L-carnitine. The obtained quantitative parameters provide information about the increasing activity of the peripheral nervous system under the combined effect of the graduated physical load and caffeine or L-carnitine. This fact is supported by dynamics of the parameters of the delayed coordinate and spectral correlation methods.

The Doppler frequency features in the filtration problem of Cartesian coordinates and total velocity vector of observed objects for radar survey are considered. Comparative analysis of filtration parameters under the radar survey for different wavelengths, are held.

Abstract
The thermal balance of plasma nitriding process was investigated. The unit consumption of energy was analyzed concerning the equipment modifications with one, two and three thermal shields located in an operating chamber of the installation. When three thermal shields were used at the heating stage the power consumption was reduced by 30-90 % as compared with that required for modifications with two or one thermal shields. The determination was made of the interrelationships existing between temperature and pressure of chamber and current density that ensured occurrence of an abnormal discharge. With the charge temperature of 530-540 °C the temperature of an internal shield was maintained at the level of 440-450°C. The high temperature of internal shield ensured a uniform temperature distribution of the charge and low consumption of energy for hardening of parts.

Abstract
The many-criterial task of pareto alternatives finding at a dynamic set of initial data is considered. The general scheme of construction of partial solutions in a case when each element is formed on certain computing algorithm is presented. Concepts of dominating and dominated vectors on pareto set are defined and the algorithm of their construction is offered. The scheme of formation of partial solutions without direct comparison of alternatives is developed.

The system provides engineers with a secure, collaborative web-based environment to create, capture, review, and manage, both completed and work-in-progress engineering documents. Modules for creating and editing internal links, footnotes, keywords are also described.

Abstract
The multi-channel processing radar-tracking information method that reveals the fact of targeting enemy fighters on the plane is shown. The method takes into account the limitations on computational capacity of processing radar trajectory information.
