Abstract
Efficiency estimation procedure of the spectroscopic-polarisation simulators applied to concealment of land object is offered. It allows to count a picking-up range and the recognition of object on the basis of laboratory examinations effects of protection means spectroscopic luminance factor and known value of spectroscopic luminance factor of a ground surface on which the hidden object is disposed.

Abstract
The possibilities of using dispersion shields which are planar structures formed by resonant elements of wire and slot-type against information leakage via electromagnetic emanation. Such shields can have a large variance in the transmission coefficient of the complex plane, which leads to destruction of the structure of pulsed broadband signals. However, such structures may have narrow frequency bands in which the dispersion characteristics allow signal transmission implementation either creation of frequency space barrier in the narrow band.

Abstract
A method of correcting erasures based on the identification of the multiplicity of errors in two channels (forward and reverse) decoding is proposed. Found that the proposed method can reduce the decoding complexity in more than one order when compared to conventional linear search methods of correction of erasures.

Abstract
A method of prosodic characteristics conversion based on the pitch contour parameterization, beside Patterson special points and Gillet conversion model, is presented in this paper. The comparison analysis showed better quality of proposed method versus canonical method of pitch Gaussian normalization. Therefore, it has a greater future for use in the conversion systems from the standpoint of the criterion of recognition.

Abstract
HP DDM allows to monitor the changes in IT-infrastructure without installing any third-party components in destination network. In this article, development adapter for making import from external sources is described. Practical value is that UCMDB input costs go down because of using automated approach for data import from multiple external data sources preserving dependencies.

Abstract
A decision of support system architecture for handling the vibration data from various household objects, which consists of mobile, desktop and web parts is studied. Problems of optimal algorithms distribution between client and server sides of application is researched. The way to monethize mobile web applications on the basis of PhoneGAP plug-in feature are proposed.

Abstract
The numerical simulation results of scattering characteristics of a single-dish antenna obtained by commercial Program FEKO and in the specialized program are given. The results are compared on different criteria. The Conclusion is that in almost identical results FEKO program requires much more computing resources. If the feeder is complex, such as monopulse antenna, has simulation using program FEKO becomes impossible.

Abstract
The encryption algorithm based on scheme of block symmetric encryption algorithm and used the discrete chaotic systems and maps is presented. Comparative analysis of encryption sets by delayed coordinate method and construction of phase diagrams with famous encryption algorithms based on dynamic chaos is allowed to revealed it’s preferences: increasing of degree defence information, speed and effectiveness of date processing, spreading of functional possibilities in decision cryptography problems. The peculiarities of software and apparatus realization of algorithm are considered.

Abstract
With increase of complexity factor of integrated circuits and reduction of the geometrical dimensions of integrated structures and detection of unreliable circuits still remains an actual problem. A method of rejection of potentially unreliable circuits most often used in production is imitation of operational modes at a stage of tests. However complexity and duration of realization of the specified method does it practically not suitable in the conditions of mass production of integrated circuits.
