The morphology and IR absorption spectra of dried drops of the blood plasma from patients with brain tumors of different grades have been studied. The structural peculiarities of these drops have been revealed. The possibilities to use the structural features of dried drops and of their IR absorption spectra as a source of additional information facilitating correct diagnosis have been assessed. The developed methods enable to control the appointed treatment and to elucidate a dynamics of the developing pathology.

Abstract
The influence of the magnetic field (MF) on the optical properties of distilled water was studied. The spectral dependences (300¸700 nm) of the optical density of water (D) at different times (doses) of the preliminary exposure by MF were measured. It is found that the spectral and dose (time) dependences of the optical density have a no monotonic character, which is interpreted by changing the structure of water under the action of MF. It was found that the structural changes in water at low doses (small times) of magnetic action is much greater than at higher doses. It is also shown that the constant MF acts more efficiently on water than the alternating MF.

At a non-uniform depth of the surface layer of the human skin, due to the biophysical necessity of normal functioning of the organism, as well as the presence of pathological processes in certain areas of the body, a temperature correction is proposed. It allows to refine the surface temperature, determined by a standard non-invasive thermographic method.

Abstract
The effective approach to the estimation of athletes coordination abilities based on the reproducibility analysis of the electromyographic patterns of motion tests under the influence of external destabilizing factors is proposed. The following factors are chosen as external perturbing ones: disabling the visual and disabling the sound analyzer of a person. Two coefficients for the quantitative estimation of influence of the visual and sound analyzer on the stability of reproduction of movements with a complex coordination structure are introduced. The recommendations on the practical use of the research results for young athletes are given.

Abstract
A method of acoustic signal analysis with sustain vowel phonation for detection of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is considered. A method for segmentation of the voice signal into periods of the fundamental tone, which is used for evaluation of the jitter and shimmer parameters, is proposed. A comparison of two ALS detectors was performed. The first detector was trained using voice features extracted by the proposed method, while the second detector was trained using features obtained with PRAAT toolkit. The result showed a significant improvement (by 20 %) in the accuracy of detecting ALS disease using the proposed method.

Abstract
The photosensitizer based on indotricarbocyanine dye distribution in the laboratory animals tissues in vivo have been studied by diffusion fluorescent tomography with FMT 4000 (Perkin Elmer, USA). Nu/Nu mice with tumors fluorescent 3D images were recorded at different time after intravenous introduction of the indotricarbocyanine dye. The indotricarbocyanine dye pharmacokinetics was determined at concentration of 1 mg/kg. It was established that 40-60 minutes after intravenous introduction dye quasistationary value of concentration in the tissues reaches.

Abstract
Lactoferrin (Lf) is a biologically important molecule, that accomplishes a number of useful functions in an organism. Lf can be situated in conditions associated with enrichment of reactive halogen species (asthma, infectious disease, heart-disease etс.). It was shown using spectrophotometric and fluorescence methods that HOCl and particularly HOBr lead to significant destruction of Trp residues and iron-binding capacity of Lf.

Abstract
A method to create complexes of detonation nanodiamonds with molecules of an indotricarbocyanine dye was developed. The process of complex formation was shown to depend on the nanodiamond annealing conditions. Nanodiamonds that were vacuum annealed at 750oC display the most effective interaction with the dye molecules. Formation of the complexes was studied with the aid of optical spectroscopy in the visible and infrared regions.

Abstract
The authors propose a method for estimating the expected reliability of applied computer programs for medical computer systems in the early stages of their design. To obtain the expected operational reliability of a computer program, the method uses correction factors that take into account the most important factors determining the initial level of program reliability (before testing begins). Accounting for the impact on the reliability of the program testing procedures are performed using a correction factor that depends on metrics that take into account testing technology, testing time, experience and qualifications of specialists.
