Abstract
The new construction of the broadband loop antenna with possibility of polarization control by excitement of the antenna on two isolated inputs is described. The designed antenna has a small size, low level of radiation with cross-polarization, directive gain 7…8 dB and the half power beamwidth about 70° in the E -plane and 86° in the H -plane. The bandwidth of the antenna, which provides maximum SWR SWRMAX = 1.3…2.0 is (24…54) %. The results of antenna geometric parameters optimization on the maximum of the frequency band for various values of the maximum SWR level in the working frequency range are presented. The obtained results can be used in designing of antennas for radiosystems with controlled polarization.

Abstract
Results of comparison estimations of average intensity of the electromagnetic background created by base stations of cellular communications, performed with use of the technique offered by the author, with the published results of measurements of levels of an electromagnetic background in the various countries, are presented. This data confirms of adequacy of the offered technique and its practical importance for an estimation of electromagnetic ecology of different areas and electromagnetic safety of the population.

Abstract
The SrTiO3 (strontium titanate xerogel) films were fabricated on the substrates of monocrystalline silicon using the sol-gel method at the annealing temperature 750 °С. The upper nickel electrodes were fabricated using the magnetron sputtering, and the volt-amperic characteristics of the obtained structures were measured. Photocurrent was observed from the structure silicon/strontium titanate/nickel under illumination with the halogen lamp, as well as switching from low resistance state to high resistance state under and without illumination.

Abstract
The single crystals of ternary compounds MnIn2S4, AgIn5S8 and solid solutions on their basis have been obtained for the first time employing Bridgeman method. The single crystals' compositions and structure were determined. It is seen that the pointed compounds MnIn2S4, AgIn5S8 and their solid solutions are crystallized in the spinel cubic structure. The elementary cell parameters which were calculated with the method of the least squares change linearly, i.e. in the system MnIn2S4, AgIn5S8. MnIn2S4, AgIn5S8 compounds and MnIn2S4-AgIn5S8 solid solutions density were determined using pictinometric - Knupp method. The density with composition changes linearly. The microdensity changes with the maximum for composition х = 0.20. The temperatures of the phase transformations of the pointed solutions were determined with the DTA method and the system AgIn5S8-MnIn2S4 state diagram was built. The system is characterized by the slight interval of the concentration and, which allows to attribute it to the state diagram of the first type according to the Rosebom classification.

Abstract
It is proposed to use a combined automatic control system based on control loop with correction of PI-controller configured for symmetric optimum, smooth driving signal and the compensation devices the most dangerous internal and external measured disturbances to improve the quality of water level control in drum of steam generators of nuclear power plants with water-powered energy reactor (WPER). The results of simulation of proposed model transient processes and three-shots of the automatic control system confirmed the advantages of the first.

Abstract
Bioimpedance measurements of biological objects were made. Using the capacitive and active resistance of the human body at frequencies of 5 and 50 kHz, the active resistances of the within and extracellular fluids, as well as the total capacity of the total cell mass, were experimentally determined. Based on electrical characteristics obtained by bioimpedance method, the intracellular fluid of biological objects is analyzed. The regression equation of the connection between the mass of the intracellular fluid and the electrical parameters of the biological object is compiled: the active resistance of the liquid fraction and the capacitive characteristics of the cell mass membranes.

Abstract
An algorithm for searching for anthropogenic objects of air image on the basis of analysis of geometric parameters of the edges of homogeneous regions features is proposed. It is shown that the proposed algorithm makes it possible to reduce the errors of the first and second kind with respect to the algorithm for searching for spatial anomalies due to taking into account the values of multi-segment form factors and the concentration of corners and end points of normalized in thickness edge of segments with uniform brightness with a decrease in speed.

Abstract
This report introduces the M-M/S-CD memory management model which was designed for true microkernels as an alternative to capability-based memory management. The proposed model is more simple in design and implementation and provides more power and flexibility to the user mode memory management servers. In the same time it maintains consistency of memory layout and enforces strict and clear memory isolation/sharing rules, creating stable environment for applications.

The article describes mathematical model of calibration and S -parameter measurement processes used in millimeter wave band vector network analyzer R4-MWM-178.
