Abstract
The results of the technology and electrical and magnetic properties study of eutectic GaSb-MnSb films are presented. Eutectic GaSb-MnSb films ranging in thickness from 80 to 130 nm have been grown on sapphire substrates by pulsed laser deposition using mechanical droplet separation.

Abstract
The effectiveness evaluation of the proposed method for correction modular and burst errors based on composite and cyclic codes and step encoding and decoding of information is made. The main parameters of the channel codecs are detected and a comparative analysis of the calculated characteristics with channel codec parameters based on the known (basic) codes is realized. It's shown that for practical purposes it's sufficient to use the ratio of internal information symbol interleaving and decoding stages of encoding no more than two or three stages.

Abstract
A problem of constructing a numeric forecasting evaluator on the basis of a fuzzy learning set is considered. The stated general problem is connected to the definition of the missing fuzzy vector co-ordinates and their evaluation. The general formulation is divided into two tasks: to build a method producing missing fuzzy forecasting values with expected value of a fuzzy measure and forecasting quality estimation. The given mathematical backgrounds are based on the model of a multidimensional crisp classifier and its usage for the fuzzy measure definition with the following evaluation on the basis of the fuzzy vectors probabilities by R. Yager.

Abstract
The new effective method of generating signals of the frequency modulation (FM), simultaneously providing is developed: limiting the relative width and linearity of a static modulation characteristic; high stability of carrying frequency of modulated signals; possibility of modulation (over)broad-band signals; possibility of generating of a grid of frequencies and their superfast reorganization. The structure of the device implementing the offered method is synthesized.

Abstract
The necessary theoretical knowledge to obtain and analyze the information function of the stochastic process is shown. The concept of information equivalence of stochastic processes on the individual parameters of these processes is introduced. The definition of information equivalence of stochastic processes is given. The method of information equivalent formation to stochastic processes is considered. The examples of calculation and analysis of information functions of stationary and non-stationary processes are submitted.

Abstract
An image encryption algorithm based on DNA-sequences, chaotic dynamics and hash functions is described. It is evaluated the resistance of the investigated algorithm to statistical and linear cryptanalysis which are depended of the chaotic maps.

Abstract
Studying of anodic titania formation has showen that anodization forming factor at low anodic voltages is 3,3 nm/V, while at high anodic voltages it’s value decreases till 1,5 nm/V. The investigation of optical properties of anodic titania has showed the possibilities to tune the titania refractory index in the whole visible ranges. The application of anodic titania in maxillofacial surgery has been demonstrated for visualization of titanium objects.

Abstract
Now, the problem of true crossing selection of bearing of active jammers has not satisfying solution. New algorithm with using the replacement method is proposed here. Simulation shows the essential advantages of this method in comparison with known algorithms.

Abstract
This paper proposes to make an assessment of speech signal protection in information leakage channel by frequency-time processing of complex measurement signal with a large base within a band equal intelligibility using Hilbert transform to represent it in an analytical form and preliminary reduction of the detection threshold n-multiples sequential synchronous accumulation of spectral components using direct and inverse fast Fourier transform. High accuracy and sensitivity assessment of the parameters of a complex measurement signal with a large base in information leakage channel on background high level of noise achieved by compensating with a minimum mean square error its time delay and frequency offset.

Abstract
Single crystals of the AgIn5S8 ternary compound are grown by planar crystallization of the melt. The composition and structure of the crystals are established. The specific expansion is measured by dilatometric technique at range 80-700 K, and the coefficients of thermal expansion are calculated. From the data, the Debye temperatures (QD) and the root-mean-square dynamic displacements of atoms ( ) in AgIn5S8 compound are calculated. Thermal conductivity of AgIn5S8 single crystal has been measured in temperature interval 300-600 K by absolute method. It is found that the thermal conductivity in the entire measured temperature range is described by a power function of the form T-n, where n < 1.

Abstract
The calculation algorithm is presented for the river network inundation based on the modeling of the water front spread over the raster terrain model. A specific of its implementation is reviewed related to the data representation model, which allows consistent calculation for the river tributaries. The algorithm of primary approbation carried out on EU flooding data is discussed.

Abstract
The features of the correlation tracking algorithms of optically observable objects and the reasons of its low efficiency in the condition of changing background target circumstances are described in the article. The correlation tracking algorithm with primary video information integration is described. The technique of an estimation of correlation tracking algorithms efficiency is offered and justified. Results of the experiments confirming efficiency of the offered decision are given.

Abstract
The algorithm of stochastic signals processing in cross-correlation passive radars is synthesized. The functional transformation between vectors of measured and observable parameters of supervision objects is concretized. It has allowed to eliminate ambiguity of coordinates estimations in multi-purpose conditions. Results of the analysis indicators of quality of the developed method in comparison with known ways of an interitem signals identification is carried out.

Abstract
Сonsistent physics and mathematics model of electromagnetic waves propagation in heterogeneous medium using the generalized wave equation and the Dirichlet theorem is built. The data of numerical simulation of the electromagnetic interference interaction with a fibrous material having a double porosity. The results of numerical simulation show that the presence of micro- and macropores (medium with double porosity) of the fabric ensures maximum masking effect.

Abstract
Electroless plating of metal composites has been proposed as a promising method for metallization of high aspect ratio trenches for micro- and nanoelectronics and microelectromechanical systems application. Deposition of Ag(W) electroless films was performed from ammoniate silver solution to fill deep damascene trenches. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) with molecular weight of 400, 1500 and 6000, RE-610 and Triton X-100 were studied as an additives in the plating bath for superconformal deposition. The deposition rate, resistivity, grain size and the trench filling behaviour were studied as a function of the additives concentration and deposition temperature using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) cross section study. The PEG with molecular mass about 1500 was found to provide superconformal Ag(W) electroless growth in nanometre wide trenches.

Abstract
Results of theoretical investigations of Ca2Si nanowires with <001>, <010>, <100> axes and different morphologies are presented. It's found that Ca2Si<001> nanowires are direct bandgap semiconductors, while Ca2Si<010> and <100> nanowires show metallic properties because surface atoms at {001} facets provide their states at the Fermi level.

Abstract
The analysis of approaches to choice of templates at recognition of the graphic presentations of objects is executed. It is offered to use the statistical templates alongside with deterministic templates. Two ways of the statistical templates creation are offered. The testing of different templates and different methods of the recognition of the handwritten small letters and tree's sheets is performed. As a result the significant increasing of authenticity of recognition with statistical templates is discovered.

Abstract
The research results of influence of the surface geometrical irregularities height of electromagnetic shields constructions made from foil materials based on aluminum on their electromagnetic radiation reflection and transmission coefficients values in frequency range 0.7…17 GHz are presented. The practical utilization ways of such constructions are proposed.
