Research of the net promoter score dependence on ergonomic parameters and usability for web-application

Abstract

The article is devoted to assessing the impact of ergonomic parameters and usability on the net promoter score for the digital content management system. In particular, the problems of the web-application, the dependence of users' loyalty on the quality of ergonomic parameters, and, as a result, the readiness to recommend the application, which ultimately affects the success of the digital content management system and profit, are analyzed.
