Structural and morphological properties of thin films Cux Inx Zn2-2x Se2 on flexible substrates

Abstract

The substrates of Ti, anodized aluminum, molybdenum, and stainless steel form a thin film Cux Inx Zn2-2 x Se2. The influence of the synthesis conditions and the substrate material on the microstructural properties and morphology of the material is shown.
