SHAKEPROOF POLARIZATION INTERFERENCE SYSTEM FOR MEASUREMENT OF LINEAR MOVEMENT

Abstract

A method of transmission light beams based on birefringent elements and polarization transformations that allow them to extend the operating range of interferometric systems by ensuring their working conditions in the linear region of the intensity of light from the optical path difference of the interfering light waves is proposed.
