Темопрофин изучен на моделях животных опухоленосителей in vivo путем измерений прижизненной флуоресценции. Продемонстрирована эффективность применения техники поверхностного флуоресцентного имиджинга и контактной оптоволоконной спектрометрии для получения оперативной и наглядной информации о процессах локализации фотосенсибилизатора в тканях и организме in vivo .</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Two approaches based on the live fluorescence to control the distribution of the photosensitizer are presented. Temoporfin is studied: the small animal imaging and fiber optic spectrometry technique.
