Рассмотрены математические аспекты проектирования архитектуры нейросети и алгоритма ее функционирования. Указаны особенности программной реализации экспертной системы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The results of the development of expert system for acute surgical abdominal pathology clinical diagnostic based on artificial neural networks are shown. The mathematical aspects of the architecture design of artificial neural network and its functioning algorithm are considered.
