Расчет показал, что наношнуры Ca2Si &lt;001&gt; обладают полупроводниковыми свойствами, в то время как наношнуры Ca2Si &lt;010&gt; и Ca2Si &lt;100&gt; - металлическими из-за наличия поверхностных состояний атомов на {001} гранях в районе уровня Ферми.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Results of theoretical investigations of Ca2Si nanowires with &lt;001&gt;, &lt;010&gt;, &lt;100&gt; axes and different morphologies are presented.
