Областями применения результатов работы являются вычислительная геометрия, методы анализа изображений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Correction algorithms for combination frame of layer topology of integrated circuits layout objects and scheme to form a complete image layer without distortion.
