Рассмотрены проблемы повышения эффективности управления бизнес-структурами. Показано, что в современных глубоко структурированных компаниях важной нерешенной проблемой является неразвитость средств проактивного мониторинга деятельности удаленных подразделений. Рассмотрены теоретические и практические аспекты этой проблемы, предложены подходы к решению.
The problems of increasing the efficiency of business management structures are considered. It is shown that in modern deep-structured companies, an important unsolved problem is the lack of development funds proactive monitoring of the activities of remote sites. The theoretical and practical aspects of the problem, suggested approaches to a solution is considered.
