Проведен анализ вербальных сущностей проекта, выполнена их классификация и предложен алгоритм оценки сложности каждой сущности и объекта в целом. Для автоматизации оценки разработана соответствующая компьютерная система.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>There is a qualitative evaluation technique offered to assess the complexity degree in logistics projects involving contemporary means of transportation. Whereas the project verbal entities were analyzed and classified, the complexity evaluation algorithms were presented to assess each verbal entity in particular and the object in general.
