Поскольку, согласно существующим физическим представлениям, одностороннее извлечение энергии из вакуума невозможно, задача состоит в экспериментальном обнаружении тангенциальных сил в эффекте Казимира при относительном вращении зеркал, замедляющих это вращение. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article shows the possibility of extracting energy from vacuum using an electric oscillator model based on Casimir’s effect with split mirrors rotating relative to each other.
