Одновременно с набором спектров характеристического рентгеновского излучения регистрировались спектры обратно рассеянных протонов, что позволило определить концентрации легких элементов в составе аэрозолей, а кроме того, однозначно идентифицировать тяжелые примеси и вычислить их концентрацию.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Layers of aerosols, deposited on a high volume fiberglass filter from air, were analyzed using proton beam.
