<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article studies space-time dispersion of waves describing the behavior of quantum particles in media with eigenfrequencies f0. The phase and group velocities of the particles are determined. The transformation of the shape of a particle from wave to corpuscular and the effect of the observer caused by this transformation are described. The instantaneous transfer of phase states of particles in the observed teleportation and involution phenomena of quantum particles states is explained. The discrepancy, observed in gravitational waves, velocities is explained. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>волны пространства-времени</kwd><kwd>гравитационные волны</kwd><kwd>собственные частоты сред</kwd><kwd>дисперсия</kwd><kwd>фазовые скорости</kwd><kwd>эффект наблюдателя</kwd><kwd>телепортация</kwd><kwd>запутанные квантовые состояния</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>space-time waves</kwd><kwd>gravitational waves</kwd><kwd>media eigenfrequencies</kwd><kwd>dispersion</kwd><kwd>phase velocities</kwd><kwd>observer effect</kwd><kwd>teleportation</kwd><kwd>quantum states involution</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Кураев, А.
