Для данной подзадачи приведен обзор классификации методов оценки (шкал), на основе которого сделано заключение о наиболее подходящей шкале для выделенной подзадачи.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Comprehensive analyses of different scaling technique to be used for high education service quality estimation are provided. The most well-known scaling techniques have been described with simple illustrating example.
