Приводятся методика формирования матриц, опроса оптических резонаторов, а также подход по обработке спектральных данных чувствительных элементов. Проведен эксперимент по детектированию осаждения молекул белка с помощью матричного сенсора в фотонной и фотонно-плазмонной конфигурациях.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The mechanism of biochemical compounds diagnostics using matrices based on optical resonance in closed dielectric microcavities is discuss in this paper. A method for sensor fabrication, interrogation of the optical elements as well as approach for spectral data processing are represented.
